Had Johnny B's come out a few weeks ago to treat for mice in my townhouse. The technician was awesome! He was very understanding that I was so frustrated because I've been dealing with this problem for a long time. I've called other companies before but have been let down when my problem persisted. He calmed me down, walked through the entire property with me and pointed out why my problem hadn't been resolved till now. Well it's weeks later and it seems they got the job done! I can't say enough about this company. My roommate brought home bedbugs on a suitcase and I was beside myself. The person I spoke to named Jerry on 3 occasions calmed me down and talked me thru the whole process and assured me that they would resolve my issue and it seems they have. Yes, I would recommend them. One was found dead only 3 days after the set the traps. I think they might need to bring a larger box because we saw one that might be to big to get in. The trap box keeps being moved around slightly so we think it must be the critters.

I was able to book an appointment with these guys fairly quickly to take care of an ant problem we had in the spring. They explained the whole process to us, what to expect immediately following their visit, and when to call back if we were still experiencing a problem.
