Great company! Thank goodness they can out-smart the mice. I spent too much money trying to evict the mice on my own with store bought products. Fail. Wish I had called F&W Pest Control at the first mouse sighting, I would’ve saved myself money and all those sleepless nights (as if the mouse were going to join me under the covers, lol). I do not recommend this business to anyone. If you are in need of a pest inspection to determine termite presence and severity of infestation hire a professional home inspector with years of documented experience not glorified bug sprayers.

We moved into a new home in January of 2018. There were a number of significant pest issues to address. After receiving quotes from several pest control services, we selected F&W Pest Control. Its staff were, hands down, more qualified, reasonably priced and professional. What's more is that our initial impression was spot on. Their entire staff and in particular Robert instills confidence with every visit. Our pest issues are completely under control , thanks to F&W. When friends and neighbors need an exterminator, I give them only one name, and do so without hesitation .

I would not recommend this pest control company. They were hired to determine if there was extensive termite damage in a home my husband and I were in the process of purchasing. James performed the inspection and noted there was only minimal termite damage. (We have the report) Based off the information given to us we decided to move forward with the house. The next step was to get a home inspector out which cost $500+. The Home inspector later found that there was severe termite damage that the pest inspection should have revealed. After calling James and the Owner of F&W, they were very rude and unprofessional. F&W charged $125 for useless information and in the end put us out of hundreds of dollars.

F&W Pest control has been taking care of our home for past six years. We have had many other services in different states, but F&W are by far the best pest control service we have come across. They are polite, respectful, pay attention to detail and will go that extra mile to make sure you are happy. I want to give a shout out to Christian in particular who looked after our service for 5 years (there is someone else who comes who is quite nice too). I remember once he came twice to take care of the hornet's nest and then followed up to see if we were still having trouble. I would highly recommend them.
