Driving home from work today on I93 south, I was in the travel lane in front of one of their employees. He decided to move into the passing lane just as I did, and was angry that I dared get in his way, so after honking angrily at me the driver aggresively moved his truck so he was illegally traveling in the breakdown lane before pulling in front of me to cut me off. I called the phone number ont he back of the truck, said politely "hi, I have a complaint about one of your employees," and was promptly hung up on. I would never hire such unsafe and careless people for anything!

The technician Mark who came to our house was most polite and extremely professional. He was full of knowledge and let us know exactly what he was doing. He explained the process and what we could expect over a few weeks time. He also made sure to let us know that if we needed their service again that we should call and he would come back. He provided his business card and offered a friendly thank you. We did need to call again and once again Mark came at the exact time I was told he would arrive. He was most proffessional and extremely polite. He gave us more information and again, extended the option to call should we need their services. This gentleman is an asset to this company. Being on time is huge in today's world and with his disposition, it is nice to know there are friendly associates out there that take pride in the company they work for as well as, enjoy their job. He's great with the customers and we will continue to use your service. Thank you!

I contacted Expert Pest Control for a problem with mice in the attic. Anthony came over and was very informative. He answered all my questions and explained what treatment he was using and why. We walked the perimeter of the property and Anthony gave me advice on changes I could make to reduce further infestations. Its too soon to report on the long term results of the treatment received but so far my experiences have been very positive.

Horrible customer service and extremely rude to deal with. Would never recommend them to anyone. We called and asked for an estimate for pest control at a home we are purchasing, we were told this would be a free estimate. They came, did not introduce themselves and just started walking through basement, etc. Once they came upstairs, I was belittled and told that he needed to "speak with my husband." We were told to write a check for $175. When we mentioned we were confused what we were paying for and that this was just suppose to be a free estimate, the man (who ultimately we found out was the owner himself) slammed down his papers and said this is a termite inspection that you NEED to buy the home. Unfortunately they had miscommunication in the office. We had never asked for a termite inspection and he had just assumed that. He stormed off slamming the door behind him. EXTREMELY RUDE, sexist and poor customer service.

Polite on phone and set an appointment at my convenience. Great 1st impression when Ric came to spray for a semiannual spring application and was very thorough with any questions or concerns I had. Additionally provided pertinent information for the service I requested giving great peace of mind.

My wife and I had a bad bee problem under our siding. A employee name Tony , Showed on time and ready to work. He took the time to explain the process step by step. We watched while he went to work and every he stated happen. We would recommend Expert Pest Control .

We have a yearly contract with Expert Pest and have called them for service and set up 3 appointments over 8 weeks and they never showed for any of them. Asked for refund and couldn't get an answer...

Contacted Expert Pest Control about buying their service for my son and his family as a Christmas gift. My other son recommended them as he uses their services. They were very helpful...explained how it will work. My concern for their pets was addressed and I was quite comfortable with their response. Because of the snow, the program will not kick in till spring.
