Had Catseye Pest Control come to get rid of ants and mice. They came several times and was very professional and friendly. Haven't seen ants since the treatment and hopefully we won't be visited by the mice anymore. They tried to trap mice but there were none to be found but they cleaned up all the evidence of having mice in past and disinfected all the areas. I have a big house so there was lots to do. Feels good to start out with everything vacuumed and disinfected!

At this time there is still work to be done. My rodent problem has legal restrictions that require waiting until Spring and possibly Summer to complete. Thus far the techs that have been to my home have been exceptional. Russ, Leo, John, Chad & James arrived when scheduled and performed their work in a knowledgeable, professional manner. All were very polite, patient with our questions and concerns and exhibited a positive attitude to get the job done right. I do have one glitch. It seems that the company would communicate their plans a bit better. As the above techs were leaving we would, "ask what's next?" the reply was you will be contacted. We had to initiate the contact to obtain any information. We are thankful to Jaclyn as she was always available and would always follow through with finding a reply to our queries.

I highly recommend catseye! All staff were very professional,courteous and accommodating. The silicone they used did the trick. We haven’t had a wildlife reoccurrence and it’s been one year since they buttoned up my house. We had a tree fall on our roof which comprised the seal. As soon as the roof was fixed they came right back out and resealed the affected areas. They also did another full inspection to make sure all sealed areas were still intact. I highly recommend Rob, Aaron, Mike and crew. Thanks to them I can now sleep soundly! The office staff was also very professional and helpful. Great company!

I sent an email inquiry and got a call back promptly. Catseye offered to come out the following day but i could not see them until a Saturday morning. At 9:00 am on Saturday an inspector from Catseye (Kyle) arrived promptly. We have a large 20 kw generator in our yard and the mice have shut it down twice (once when we were traveling outside the country causing us to lose all our power). The local pest control companies had no solutions. The Generator company had no solutions.Kyle examined the situation and within minutes proposed a box enclosure made out of hardware cloth. Two access panels were suggested to gain access to the generator. The work is now scheduled to be done. So far they have earned 5 stars.

One week ago today I contacted Catseye regarding a mouse problem. That same afternoon I met with an inspector. The next day a tech came by to set traps. The day after someone came by to take linear measurements for the cat guard installation. Friday there was another tech to empty and reset traps. Saturday the guard installation began. Monday another tech to check set traps and today the upper and lower guard installation was completed. Phew! I listed it all because I wanted to be clear how fast and efficient the process has been. Every single tech has been wonderful. They are polite, friendly and obviously competent. Each visit is preceded by an e-mail confirming the appointment and a phone call when they are on their way. The visits are followed up with a report of the work that was done. You couldn’t ask for better communication from a service provider. Yes, the cat guard system can be pricey, but it seems well worth it to avoid future issues and the process is completely painless to the homeowner. I would not hesitate recommending Catseye Pest Control to anyone.

Just completed the trapping and installation of lower CatGuard. Will Manseau did all the trapping and was amazing to work with - knowledgable, thorough and professional. And a hell of a nice guy too! On the installation side, Dean and his team led the effort and was fantastic. He did an amazing job. His level of attention to detail and service orientation which are so important in the effort to keep pests out of your house was above and beyond what I expected. The CatGuard product is a great idea but it will only work if it is installed with care and attention to detail. On the negative side, I was surprised by Matt's efforts to up-sell me on more services as well as to avoid doing some work that was promised based on "environmental" issues with bats once we started the project - the price points are too high to do this and management should be smarter.

Catseye staff were thorough and professional. All of the work done on our house exceeded expectations. When we moved into our home this past summer it was infested with mice, grey squirrels flying squirrels and there was a dead racoon in the attic above the garage. I called numerous pest control companies only to be told that our problem was out of there scope. Catsey came out the day after I called for an inspection. They started work very soon after. This house was not an easy house to seal. It had been neglected for 30 years. Cracks and holes on masonry, rotten trim pieces, facing that had large whole chewn through, large gaps in the soffits were all addressed. Our home has been critter free eversince. No job is to big for these guys.

Michael and Robert installed a Cat Guard system to prevent rats from entering a crawl space under my house. They had to dig a 2 foot trench around my house and attach a metal sheet to the house to deter the rats from coming in. They worked very hard and went above and beyond to make everything perfect even coming back on a Saturday to finish the job. I would highly recommend them. Having battled a mouse problem (unsuccessfully) since I moved into my home 2 and a half years ago I decided it was time to call the professionals. With a recommendations from my father-in-law I called Catseye. They were very responsive to my requests and questions. After comparing their services with other local pest control service providers in the area I ultimately decided to contract with them, though not the cheapest, I'm a firm believer in "you get what you pay for". They did the initial inspect, gave me a list of packages to choose from and recommended that I continue service with their Year-Round Pest Control Program to insure that the problem didn't return. The way that it was positioned was that they would prefer to not take job if it was not maintained. I can understand and appreciate that, but also was an additional expense I wasn't prepared to make. The technicians and customer service are very professional and knowledgeable. Communication is great and the service visit summaries are helpful (though could be a little more detailed). They even wear cloth booties when coming into my home which is a nice touch. Overall my experience with Catseye has been positive. My only reasoning for the 3-star review is that I feel like I haven't really got my money's worth for what I paid for. Maybe my interpretation is wrong, but having worked in a service industry most my life - perception is everything. If I could do it over again, I'm not sure I could justify the cost.

A bit disappointed in the services performed. I felt like the work promised didn’t quite match the level care and thoroughness as promised during the quote. It seemed that the technicians ran out of budgeted hours and rushed towards the end leaving some of the work unfinished. For instance, I paid for the attic abatement, but it was evident the project was left incomplete as they had left insulation and a mouse carcass in plain sight. I called back catseye and they sent a single technician to remove the dead mouse only. Fed up, I vacuumed some areas that were clearly missed that I felt I had paid them to do so the insulation contractor could complete his scheduled work.

There aren’t enough words to say how great this entire team is. Seriously. We had another pest control company come out to our house, and after 10 visits, there was no change to our mouse situation. I felt like I was going to rip my hair out. I heard mice in my sleep. We finally called CatsEye and they came out the next day. They were so nice and helpful. Tyler took the time to look at every inch of our house, including the 200 degree attic on a 98 degree day. He sat down and explained our options, the life cycle of a mouse and how each option would help us. In the end, we opted for the cat guard system as well as trapping. The CatGuard was installed yesterday, and the team made sure that the exterior of my house was in better shape when they left than it was when they got there. They cleaned up every inch of land that they touched. They took the time to walk me around the house to show me what issues they had found (and resolved) and asked me if I had any questions. The team that comes in to set and remove traps is always so pleasant and kind (and tolerate both my toddler, barking dog, and elderly aunt) and all of their noise. They also make it a point to give you tips to help in between visits. We have seen an overall decrease in activity already, and can not wait to eradicate the issue with the help of CatsEye. I can not recommend them, their team, and their services enough.
