I've been a customer of Burgess Pest Management for years. They are a local family owned business and very professional. When we bought our first home it had some termites and BPM came right out to assess the issue, contain and remove it. Over the years they've helped us eliminate unwanted house guests - ants and mice. Recently they've been spraying our backyard during each extended mosquito season. We always get email notes about their visits and a recap of work done and any findings. I highly recommend BPM for small or large jobs.

Not the best company. They'd come in for ten minutes once a month and get paid then leave. I had a mouse infestation that got worse after they'd show. I hired a new company and within a month our infestation was gone. But I have signed and paid invoices, a cashed check they cashed but are still sending me a bill for. Check your records before sending bills. Each date they're saying I owe I have proof I paid. Not a great company. Will never do business with them again. Unless your technician pocketed the money is on your end because he signed the invoices as paid.

We use Burgess for tick spraying treatment of our yard. Their service is consistently excellent. The technicians are courteous, thorough, amenable to special requests and always arrive according to schedule. The sprays seem to work too. I just spent the last two weeks working in the backyard and, fingers crossed, did not get any ticks (I used a permethrin spray on clothing for added insurance).

I used Burgess after I discovered yellow jackets had made a nest in my ceiling. They acted fast and were very thorough. Every one I encountered from the company was extremely helpful and friendly. BEWARE!!! BEWARE!!! BEWARE!!! On Tuesday September 19th, 2017 I had a scheduled appt. with a technician from Burgess Pecticide Management, made by my management company. I've been living here 8 years and never had any issues or problems. Upon ariving home after work . I take my tips and put them on top of my refrigerator . I noticed an envelope thats contained $1100 that was next to my change bank wasn't there. It was savings for my living set I was gonna purchase. Which it was just there the day before when I put away my tips. I have two young daughters and they cant reach on top of the refrigerator (even with a ladder). So I then moved the refridgerator to see if the envelope had fallen behind the refridgerator. I seen nothing at all besides new mouse traps placed directly behind the refrigerator on the floor. I immediately went to the management building to find out who was in my apartment. They told me its was a member of Burgess Pesticide. I immediately called the company to see which one of their employees entered my home because my savings was missing. They said there's nothing they can do . They just told me to file a police report and let the police handle it. It was savings for a living room set. The whole production of the company from office to service was unprofessional. I filed a police report and now im waiting for a phone call back. This company has done nothing or even shared any sorrow for what has happened. IM A SINGLE MOTHER WITH TWO KIDS. I work hard for my money so I can provide for my home. I WAS IN TEARS AND ALL THE COMPANY SAID WAS THEY COULDNT HELP ME. But the monetary value is not what has me outraged, obviously. This serviceman had to have went on top of my refridgerator in my envelopes to find it and then had the audacity to STEAL my hard earned money. It was so obvious. If he's crooked like this how do I know im taking it all the way to CHANEL 7 News. I scheduled an appointment with Burgess because I found a group of maggots on my black center carpet in the basement and I cleaned up the area and the next day there was a few more maggots I can't figure out where they are coming from. Scott came out to my house and he's very knowledgeable he said it could be a moth that laid its eggs or flies can also do the same. Scott took his time to explain to me different routes I can take to solve the issue Scott has the best sense of humor and takes pride in making sure the customer is happy thank you again!!
