I called Best today about a Yellow Jacket nest under my front door. They were very friendly and put me on the schedule for this Friday. Low and behold, as son as I hung up, the bees were entering my basement. I have two little kids who were scared to death. I called back and asked if there was any way they could come out today. Sure enough, the owner called right back and within 20 minutes a very kind and calm employee came to my home to treat the nest! He listened to my sons fears and put them to rest with his explanation of the process. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

Don't know why Google would post someone complaining about an employee issue instead of rating company's service. Does not seem fair. I have used Best Pest Control twice in last 4 years for mice issues at two properties. They were responsive and responsible and more affordable than the first company I called. And they have twice referred me to other companies for other issues that they don't handle, which I very much appreciated. I would use them again with no reservations

Worst company ever to do what you did to an employee. It is called wrongful termination. It was a he said issue and just because he's been there 5 years you take his word over another employee, no proof on what that person was telling you that my son stole a magazine. Mind you he has plenty of money. Plus he waits a week to tell you what happened and you expect somebody to have a cash receipt for a week in their pocket. My son came to his interview on the day and a few hours before he just had give CPR to his grandmother and they pronounced her dead. He was so excited, happy, loved this job espically after lossing not one, but two grandmothers in 2 weeks and his aunt. This was something to help him foucus, and help him move on. How dare terminate over someone else word, what kind of boss are you. You could have gave a written warning, verbal warning but no you just terminated. Never ever would I want my son, father, friend or anyone to work for a company like this. You are horriable for what you just did. No compasstion, no good reason, no proof, no nothing. If all of these companies took the word of another employee there would be so many law suits and no one would have a job. For instance, if I hate or I am jealous of one of my employees I want to get her fired I am going to tell my boss she stole money, even though I know it is not true, but just because I know the company listens to every word other employee's say she will be fired. How freaking stupid does that sound???? AWFUL JUST AWFUL

This is the worst company ever. Had bedbugs for six years because they must have been paid to come in my home and say they saw no evidence of infestation. Even went so far to say I had body lice. Every 3 mos I would get infested again. Finally the Health Dept ordered my landlord to open the connecting apartment and the place was filthy and loaded with bugs. They even told me that bedbugs don't travel from apt. to apt. I should have suid this company for the anguish they put me through. Stay away from this company! Incompetent workers who don't know their ass from their elbow.

We had a contract with them to help us mitigate a rat problem around a house in somerville. They were not bad people just never helped the root problem, kept cashing my monthly check though. I paid them monthly for a year and half, maybe two years. When the rats found their way into my house, that was it. I called a competitor and had the house mitigated of any potential entry points, was a one time fee and my issue was gone. The neighborhood still had rats but none were on my property

This company is the worst, the workers are rude, they do not follow state regulations for pesticides, or giving written dates and times. They came in my home and didn't find anything until a city inspector confronted them and then they found evidence in all units. decided to come treat the problem unit when "they wanted to". STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!
