I went here for some bed bug spray for the tenant's apartment because the stuff they have is stronger than Home Depots. They have that spray and spray for roaches and other bugs and pests. It is a little high in price but if it only a minor infestation it is better than paying the price for a major infestation. Good service and good effective products.

I've been using Bain for decades, I'm on a service plan with them. They do three regular visits a year but if you have a problem they will come out as needed.

Bain pest serviced my property for several years and did a great job. When they didn't show up after a while I contacted them and they informed me that my service was cancelled because I didn't renew my contract and I would have to pay $600 just to renew a $200/year service. I was never notified despite them having my address, email, and cell phone number (which is on me 24/7). They claim 4 bills were sent to my house and 4 messages left on my voicemail. There's no way I missed all that! I feel I was treated unfairly and that they either sent the renewal to the wrong address or failed to followup with a phone call or email prior to cancelling my service. Now they want me to pay for their mistake.

I needed to identify a bug that had infested my apartment and was being neglected by the landlord. I had hard time finding a reliable company that is willing to do this knowing that it might no lead to a job since. They were very helpful and had experienced entomologists on board. Their diagnosis was confirmed also by another reliable company. I couldn't hire them or any other for that matter so I didn't talk money with them but I'd contact them gain if I needed a pest control company.

I have used Bain Pest Control service over the years for multiple pest repellent items. Including barriers for our business, inside to avoid any outside guests from coming in. The staff at Bain Pest Control has always been exceptional to work with while getting the results we have come to expect. Thankful they are right here in Lowell and available to service if/when needed at any time. 5 Star Excellent service!!!
