I was impressed start to finish by this company. The conversation to have someone come out was conducted by a very nice women, she was very professional. The price was very reasonable. The man that came out explained everything, was upfront about any shortcomings ( old house with a rock foundation), and provided ways to improve the likelihood of success. Everything about this company is kind and professional. I would highly reccomend them!

Amazing .... I called them this morning and told them I think I have termites. She asked me a few questions and determined that I had ants not termites, and to call if I had any further issues. Wow, I was so surprised... I think most companies would say, okay let us schedule an appointment and then charge me for a house visit. I will definitely use them if I have further issues!! Great Honest Company!!!!!

These guys are THE BEST!! From my initial conversation with the woman that answered the phone, to Chris,who called my cell phone after taking care of our carpenter bee problem just to review what he did at the house and give advice on how to avoid the problem in the future. They are extremely professional and they know their stuff!! Prices were very reasonable! Call them before you call anyone else -- you won't be disappointed!

Great service at a modest price. I had a bad experience with being billed months later and grossly overcharged by another local pest control company—I'll leave it at that. So this time around I called Acton Pest Control to remove a big hornet nest under one of my home's soffits and clean the gutters. They called me back and quoted me precise, modest prices for those two services. They came out when they said they would. John was friendly, courteous, and informative as he assessed the hornet nest with me. He removed it. The poor guy did get one sting from it, though he was smiling about it and didn't complain at all. He told me it would be another 2 to 3 weeks before he could get back out to clean the gutters. I agreed to that. John did indeed come out in that time frame to clean the gutters. He was great about communicating with me by calls and text messages. He arrived on time with his brother Chris. They didn't rush through it. They took their time doing a thorough job cleaning the badly clogged gutters. They even sprayed the sides of my home to clean them off at no additional charge. It really looked much nicer! And John was his usual friendly, courteous self. When I need such services in the future, I'll only call Acton Pest Control.

I have used the same pest control company for 7 years. When we had either squirrels or mice in our roof, I called our company and they came out to do a 'routine' check- basically they charged me for a visit and did nothing. (Note I pay an annual fee to this company to keep mice out of the home- we live in a wooded area) This prompted me to call Acton Pest control. I spoke with the owner who helped me really diagnose the problem over the phone. He then sent his son out to lay traps and patch and search for holes where the animals (mice) could be getting into the roof. He explained everything he would be doing, how and where he'd lay the traps. What I should look for after the traps were laid and told me to call with any questions. They came back about 5 days later to check for activity and then about 5 days after that to remove the traps and patch the holes where the mice were getting in. They were knowledgable, patient, and had a great customer service. I may now switch over to them for my annual pest maintenance. Also love the idea of a family run business. Can't beat the customer service. ** This is my first every review online.

I had a GREAT experience using Acton Pest Control Services. I sent in an email request regarding the removal of a large yellow jacket nest and received a prompt call back....by Jack (nicest guy ever!) My concerns...pet, vegetable garden, and well, were discussed and a treatment was explained to me. Jack even let me know about a coupon that I could use to save money on my first service! The very next day...the nest is gone...as well as a few minor little nests...that I didn't even know about! THANK YOU JACK! Back to safely having my morning coffee on my deck! I would definitely recommend Acton Pest Control Services to anyone looking for help removing PESTS! Awesome Customer Service! Good People!

Just a wonderful company to work with--they embody the attributes I look when hiring a business: Great customer service and competence. Everyone I've spoken with at Acton Pest Control is extremely friendly and responsive. We've contacted them over multiple summers; they've always come out within one business day to deal with our pest issue(s). They're extremely effective, have always resolved our issues, but what I've always appreciated is that and they take the time to walk us through the work they've done and the rationale for why.

Okay, so the dude Chris just left my home and let me crow about this work for a moment. YASSSSSSSSSS F U jackets! GTFO of my home!!! Not only was Chris super-safe, amazing, and cared about the fact that we have young ones in the home, he took the time to explain what they use to get rid of the jackets, to guarantee their work, how the nest was made and why it's different from bees (guys, they don't have 'a' queen, they have A LOT OF REPRODUCTIVE MF'ers!!! GROSS!!!), he also explained places where these guys can get in (for next season) and what to watch for, why petroleum-based contact sprays just send them further INTO your house if you spray outside, and even more. Chris, you and Acton Pest Services just saved the rest of summer; dude, you don't even KNOW. Well, actually you guys do since it's your job. ^_^;; What I'm attempting to say is THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU; I am one happy super-mama. :-D

5 star all the way. I had a BIG ant problem and they came out in 2 days. After a couple hot days and tons of rain, the ants made there way back in. But as promised, they fully guaranteed their work and were back out at my house within a week to respray for ants at no charge to me. Very satisfied customer!!!

We have/had an issue with mice. Chris came to our house and was fantastic. Explained the process, what to expect and what he'd be doing. Set up everything in a timely manner while patiently answering all of our questions. He showed me and marked all of the access points into the house and offered possible solutions. If any friends or neighbors ever need help with pest control I'll be recommending Acton Pest Control Services .
