Canceled service with there guy on site, also called in and canceled because we sold the house. They will not cancel service and go to house and spray, and keep sending me a bill. Be careful if you hire them because they won't stop coming. Very aggressive and unprofessional on the phone also. There are many companies out there and I would suggest to stay away from these guys. Try someone local instead

I've never had any pest issues at my home. Out of nowhere this past week I walked into the kitchen to find carpenter ants roaming around. I called A1 Exterminators in Harwich in a bit of a panic. I did not have a maintenance contract with A1, but they sent a technician to the house that same day. He immediately put me at ease by identifying the source of the ants and where they were accessing the house. He treated the entire exterior and interior and also the source of the ants (a very old stockpile of wood on the neighbor's property, which abuts my driveway). It's been two days since the treatment and there is no sign of any ants! Both the technician and the office at A1 were extremely helpful and responsive. Based on my interactions with them and the effectiveness of the treatment, I very much recommend A1 to anyone needing pest control services.

My experience with A1 was first class from start to finish! As soon as I arrived at the office with my "pest" in a baggie, Amy and the other women in the office were very friendly and incredibly helpful. They were able to get me an inspection with James on the very same day. And I can't say enough positive things about James. He was able to allay our fears about our pest problem while providing a thorough inspection. It was obvious from the beginning that he real knows his business and recommended only what we needed. Very refreshing! We felt so much better after talking with him and having him treat our home. If you are in need of some help with your pest problem, you should definitely use A1!

I would highly recommend A1 Exterminators to everyone looking for the best pest control service around. I initially spoke to Hidi who was extremely friendly and helpful. She had a technician sent out to us the day after my initial call to examine our house and property. The technician, Chris (Tech #82), who arrived to assess the situation was extremely knowledgeable and professional, not to mention friendly and approachable. We have just started the process of eliminating a rodent infestation and I feel very confident that A1 Exterminators will do an excellent job of taking care of the problem. Chris made sure we knew to contact him with any concerns or if we need him to come for a removal before our scheduled time. Every staff member I mentioned worked to schedule for our convenience and we were not left sitting around waiting for someone to show up between certain hours. They scheduled a date and time that worked best for us and were here when they said they would be. This whole experience with A1 has been top notch. I look forward to continuing to use them and recommending them to friends and family. I would recommend them to anyone reading this review. I would rate this as an A+ service experience.
