To call this service exceptional would be an understatement. After struggling with a pest problem for weeks, and constantly shelling out money just to be let down by the big name companies (looking at you Orkin and Terminix), I called Jay after reading all his reviews. Best decision I've made in a long time. Not only did he come in and immediately correct my problem for a fraction of the price that Orkin and Terminix quoted me, but more importantly, he treated me with professionalism, respect, and friendliness. My family and I were in desperate need of a pest control service. We were unexpectedly bombarded with fleas as a result of being a cat owner. Looking for an inexpesive but reputable service we decided to go with Terminix. Everything went horribly wrong. We are still awaiting a refund (Month Later). We contacted US Best Pest Control and Jay eased our worries by answering all of questions and concerns. Not only was his price affordable but his service was outstanding. He took his time to comb through our home, moving furniture, etc. We are currently flea free and looking to continue working with US Best Pest Control.
