This company is the best pest control company I have ever had!!! So happy with the mosquito services, and termite work!!! I am so bummed I didn't hire them sooner!!!! So happy with Triangle!!

Had them do some remodeling to our bathroom ........Would never use them again.Very poor work and the worker smelled like a brewery.Find another company.......

I scheduled an appointment for last Thursday and the technician never showed. I emailed that day and received no response. On Friday when I called they told me my appointment was removed from their records for an unknown reason, so I rescheduled for Monday. I called 2 hours into my appointment window Monday to check that a technician would in fact show up, and they assured me my appointment was still in the books and I would be receiving an inspection. They called me back a few minutes later to notify me that my area is not serviced! Ridiculous that I re-arranged my schedule to receive this inspection which they couldn't provide me from the get go. Nice enough company but they need to get their act together scheduling wise..

I canceled my service when I felt like I was overcharged for an additional one-time mosquito and ant treatment. However, they continued to charge me MONTHLY for an every other month service I had had with them previously. I discovered the charges on my credit card bill. When I call to tell them that I canceled all services, they did not take any responsibility for not canceling all services when first requested or for any of the charges they made after I canceled. Frankly I don't think they even came after I canceled since no door hangers were left. Very disappointing. Think they have grown too quickly and do not care. Do not recommend!!!!

This company successfully removed bed bugs from my home. However, they are unreliable when scheduling services and appointments. When I expressed concern about this I was told it was due to their new automated scheduling system. While I understand there are technical errors with such systems, especially when they are new, this made my experience with this company very frustrating. I received incomplete automated voicemails or was told they called me and I never received a call. I am glad and grateful that they could resolve my pest issue, but the communication issues were an unnecessary hassle while trying to deal with an already stressful bed bug infestation.

I canceled their services when I realized I was overcharged for an additional visit. The contract I signed was for 4 visits in a one year period, but they continued coming. When I called to ask them why they continued coming without a contract in place, they did not care and simply requested a payment. Very disappointing. Do not recommend!!!!

They have been servicing our apartment for almost a year and are still having bug issues pop up. The consult visit was quickly scheduled and the representative was great. But each and every subsequent visit has been an absolute nightmare. The treatment seems very rushed and they spent maybe only 10 minutes in the entire place.On several visits the techs were rude and suggested that we were simply "bringing in more bugs". They are supposed to give you a call "30 minutes out" from your appointment since they only give you slots that span several hours. Nearly every time we don't get a call and we have to then reschedule. We cannot just take off all day waiting around for them, we need an heads up so we can leave work! The last time this happened I spoke with a Megan who assured me (like so many others before her) that it wouldn't happen again. If our landlords would just hire another company I would be so thankful!
