I didn't have a positive experience with this company, though, I hesitate to totally blame them for the experience. They were responsible for inspecting my new house for termites before our move and missed signs of termite damage. When I called, a representative tried to blame the "sneaky" behavior of termites for why the first inspector missed the damage and offered to have another inspector come out. He came out, found the damage and said the first guy likely had missed out due to "our house being so large." Ok. So I called company back, same lady, and again kind of got more excuses about the "sneaky" behavior of termites and the passage of time (it had been a month or so). But even still, she offered to give a discount on a termite treatment. I didn't go with the treatment. But it was offered...albeit still for charge. Would I recommend them to a friend? No. But it was a learning experience. I learned to: Always get second opinions. Keep records. And do your homework on every company you do business with. My 1 star rating has less to do with the fact that termite damage was found after the fact and more to do with how the office handled my discovery. Advice for the company: Put your customers first and you will never go wrong. Listen. Be humble. Apologize when mistakes are made even if it makes you look bad. It looks worse when you do the opposite. Put your company first, worry too much about always appearing "right" and you will lose customers. I hope this helps someone else.
