Got their service, never had ants in the house before and now have an ant infestation. 4 days after treatment. They used it to try to sell me another product rather than fixing a problem they created. They tried to feed me some lies and tried to get me into a contract. Complete and utter ridiculousness.

This is a review for technician, Harry. He arrived exactly at the scheduled time and was professional and courteous. He did not pressure me into signing the contract that I was having second thoughts about starting at this time. When I spoke with the phone rep, the contract seemed like a good idea; after reconsidering, I decided it might be premature. I felt badly that Harry was already at my house, but he was very gracious in not pressuring me into signing when I wasn't yet ready.
