Excellent customer service! I emailed a request for service and was contacted the same day and schedule for a treatment the next day. I had a horrible ant problem and David came in and sprayed the entire area and I haven’t seen one since. He also treated other areas of my home and I am completely satisfied with his services. I highly recommend Southern Maryland Boys Pest Control. I was freaked out by millipedes invading my house after appearing on the back outside wall. David came the same day I called for help (first time I had ever called him). He treated the inside and outside of the house, cleaned out and treated the crawl space under the stairs, and treated the garage, all for a reasonable price. He went above and beyond what was necessary. He was friendly and efficient! What a relief to be able to enjoy my house again!!!

When David arrived, he introduced himself and asked for some background information. I am a retired military veteran with 22 years of service, and a small business owner. My mother had a potential pest problem in St. Mary's County so based on the Five Star reviews online I selected Southern Maryland Boys Pest Control. David was polite on the phone when I initially called he gave me a tentative time to come to my mom's home at 2pm the next day but he had to check his calendar and call me back to confirm the appointment on Monday. I called him on Tuesday morning at 10 am twice there was no answer so I called at 1:15 and he finally answered the phone and I informed him my mom left the house because the appointment was never confirmed so we scheduled a new appointment the next day for Wednesday, 11 to 12pm. David did not show up on Wednesday at 11-12pm. My mom called me at 12:30 stating David did not show up yet. I called David, he said I'm under a house can I come between 1:30-2pm? I stated, yes that was a good time. He still did not show up until after 5pm to complete the inspection. Per my conversation with David, it is impossible for one person to service an entire county, inspect a home, do the work and answer all calls in a timely manner. This is not a Five Star Company. He needs assistance with answering the phone and more people to service his workload for the company.

And, bugs are GONE. If you're not sure who to call, this guy is your answer. This stuff can get a lil pricy, but I saw what others charged for these services, and David is VERY reasonable with prices, and does exceptional work!!! I will absolutely go to him for future needs.

I called Mr Clay at 800 am for a roach problem. He promised he would be out after 12. I was concerned that he wouldn’t make it and he kept me abreast of his whereabouts during the day. Once he came out he was equipped with insecticides, traps and gel to take care of the job. He sprayed etc and within 5 minutes the pests were dying on contact I felt so much better knowing I had paid for the extended treatment he reassured me all we needed to do is call and he will be out the same day.
