Horrific company. Charged my credit numerous times without my permission. Don't give them your credit card number or you will be sorry. Had to sue these idiots to get money they illegally stole from me. They lie, will avoid you and wont give you your money back. They also have a fake address. Buyer beware

They are the worst company every. Their customer service completely sucks. They cancled on two appointments we had set. I called over three times to see if they will come in for the appointment they made today. No one called me back. Then when a guy did call me back he said he was coming and still never showed up. I called and left messages after that and he never called me back. they also tried to charge my landlord and they never came out and did the service. I would not recommend them to anyone

I have gone from loving this company for many years - have even given them MORE business by having them visit my neighbors & relatives and paid for the service myself .... to being SO horribly disappointed at the way I have been treated over the last few months. First they sent a totally unprofessional guy who made me very uncomfortable. Then when I called about the treatment not being affective they gave me a window of when someone would come. They did NOT even show up or call me & I had to leave for work. Then they came AFTER the time slot, treated the exterior of my property (you cannot even access my back yard due to a keypad lock gate) and then left me a bill for the same amount as if they had done the inside. I have called so many times to have it resolved & last Monday they were supposed to send someone between 3:30 pm and 5pm - my husband waited at home & I had my cell phone on at work - no one showed or called. And I just got another bill in the mail. UNREAL. I just called and of course got their "answering service". Ever since this small family-run business was bought out by a bigger company it has gone SO far downhill. I am so sad that the former owners felt they had to sell to these people.
