Discovered an unwanted racoon tenant, called Raven Termite and Pest Control for the eviction! Carl came over for an inspection at the agreed-upon time, confirmed exactly what I had observed, established the price (reasonable!) and returned the following day (again, on time!) to place the trap and seal the entry point. He was polite, explained exactly what he was doing, and promised to return within 24 hours to retrieve the trap (empty or not). Great service all around.

Thank you to Raven Pest Control for their prompt response to our yellowjacket problem. One phone call to the company and an appointment was scheduled ASAP. Carl, our tech, is highly knowledgeable! He's a very nice gentleman but he is extremely rough and tough on those insects! He knows how to take care of pests! We've used Raven before and we will continue to use them in the future. I am very pleased with the type of service Ravens Termite and Pest control provided. I was left traumatized from the last company I paid in full. The last company didn’t set the trap up correctly so the raccoon ate the food and kept going. They asked me for supplies and left a whole mess in my house. I called Ravens and they explained everything in detail. My job was made a priority because my health was compromised by the germs the raccoon left in my attic. Raccoons have other diseases beside rabies. I was given a warranty and I just wish I knew about them before I hired the other company that took my money. All of my concerns and issues were addressed. Carl from Ravens was heaven sent. I will never call a different company for my pest issues. I rate them 1000. And not 100. Thank you for allowing Carl to rearrange his schedule making me a priority. Carl is a straight shooter and he didn't try to sell us any unnecessary overpriced package. We started dealing with Raven Termite & Pest control 3 years ago initially for bat removal. Kory and his team were prompt, courteous & very knowledgable. The service was completed in the amount of time promised. The technicians were always on time & went above and beyond in the clean up process & informing us on what to expect. We live in the country in a house over 200 years old. Many creatures great and small would also love to share our home. Unfortunately for them, I just can't allow it, lol. We started noticing bats on the outside of our home again & I called Raven Termite and Pest Control. Vonnie immediately set up an appointment for an inspection. Carl, our technician arrived promptly with a phone call prior to his arrival to say he was on his way. He conducted a thorough inspection taking my husband along showing him just how well the initial job had been done 3 years ago and how well everything was sealed up. Two days later my husband was removing trees & came across some angry yellowjackets. I immediately called Raven Termite and Pest Control to see what we could set up. Knowing that Carl had been to our home just 2 days prior, Vonnie had Carl contact us. As soon as Carl found out I was allergic to bees, he said he would be at our house 7:00am the next morning (even though he already had a booked schedule). As promised, Carl was there, found where the yellowjackets were nesting and handled our problem. I highly recommend Raven Termite and Pest Control for whatever PEST issue you are having. This company has been nothing short of amazing! My first encounter with them was a small rodent(mice) issue that arised last winter and their representative Troy came out gave a estimate then came back and did everything discussed in treatment plan hv not seen ANY activity since. We jst recently called this company back for bug(roach) extermination and again Troy came was Very professional admimistered a treatment plan and even after just a few days we have noticed activity has ceased! I would and have already mentioned this company to my family and friends and WILL use this company in the future!

Carl was extremely professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He did an excellent job of explaining termites to me, how they got in the house, where the have migrated, their life cycle, and the proper way to protect our house going forward. He patiently answered all of my questions. He explained the annual renewal but wasn't pushy about getting it (I did end up getting it). Most importantly, we are on a tight schedule due to ongoing remodeling work, and he went out of his way to move our appointment up once an earlier appointment became available, so that our other project would not be delayed. That level of attention was so much appreciated. Definitely will recommend Carl and Raven Pest Control to others!
