My wife was pressured into services and a contract that we did not need from a door to door salesman. When we called to cancel we where told ok there would be no charges because we canceled before the time limit. 3 months later they show up at my house I tell the guy we canceled the services he says we're under contract and getting billed anyway because our card is on file. So I call the office they say we never canceled and it would be a 199$ termination fee to do so. Do not use this company deceptive business practices and pushy sales people.

Brandon was honest and upfront about everything and he offered me the best pricing compared to other companies out there. I would highly recommend this company and if you’re undecided on getting a pest control service—don’t be, it’s totally worth it.

I was very pleased with the young man who sprayed around my house and my garage and inside the house. He was extremely accommodating and very polite. He answered all my questions and explained things thoroughly. He also arrived on time. This is my first time using a pesticide company. I did my research, I read the complaints, researched their product, and I can assure you I do not regret going with phenom.

They do really good job. We have been using Phenom Pest Protection for about 3 years now and we are very happy. I have had few bad experiences but they work with you. I am very picky regarding services and they are very good to hear your concerns and work on it. Laurie is great office staff who will add all your concerns for technicians to follow and work with you on accommodating time and services. sometime You just have to notice if their products working for your area/concerns or not and let them know. They have also spend extra time to spray few of my buses with spider-mites issue. I love sporting smaller business than big chains....Highly recommended!

I was told they’d come back in 30 days to make sure it was working, but instead they waited three months (around Christmas) to say that it was time for the next treatment. I kept pushing the appointment because of the holidays and then they said I wasn’t allowing them to treat and are trying to charge me a fee! And WE STILL HAVE SPIDER CRICKETS. My advice? Go with someone else.

Having a daycare out of my home means that there is no place for pests here! We signed up over the summer and were assured that after the forst 2 treatments we would see results. We have had to call several times. Our yard is still swarming with bees, spiders, crickets and everything else! When I called and insisted that we be let out of our contract and refunded, not only did no one respond for over a week, but when they did we were told that all they can do is keep re treating! PRODUCTS DON'T WORK!

I’m surprised this company has so many positive reviews. Their product(s) does not work - we still have lots of spiders, and their marketing practices are deceptive - when I signed up I was told there is no contract and we could cancel at any time, when I called to cancel I was told I’m in a contract and we would have to pay the early termination fee. STAY AWAY!
