I had a wasp nest on my front porch and I tried to spray it myself but it didn't work. Also 2 about 30ft high. Found Pest Czar on Google and saw the high ratings. Gave them a call and from the first conversation I knew it was the correct choice!! They came today less than 30 min after the starting window.Tim and his partner were so nice and very knowledgeable, answering ALL my questions and letting me know that I had yellow jackets and paper wasps. They knocked down the 2 nests on my top floor and took the nests with them and sprayed all 3 areas. Then when it came to charge me they took some money off because it wasn't that complicated. Thank you Pest Czar for a wonderful experience. I recommend you to everybody!!

Honestly unsure why we paid $275+ when we already had traps set. I’ve never been more disappointed with a service in my life. These guys are AMAZING! Had what we thought was a squirrel in the wall. As soon as the tech heard the sound, he was almost certain it was a bird, which it was! Bird was removed and released unharmed. Extremely professional. Highly recommended..Thank you Pest Czar!

I called Pest Czar when I couldn't handle the skittering and gnawing sounds that I heard in my attic. Turns out it was a good thing I called because i had squirrels in my attic. Sasha and Tim showed up on a Monday and explained the service completely and then began setting traps. The week went as follows...Tuesday: squirrel caught, Wednesday: squirrel caught, Thursday: nothing, and Friday: the final squirrel caught!! That's right folks, Tim and Sasha came in and caught 3 squirrels in my attic. They also pointed out where the squirrels were coming in, and some damage that the squirrels had caused that would be needing to be repaired. I love this company and I will for sure be using them again if the need arises. As a bonus, Sasha had found my bull skull that I had found in the desert of Mexico and said Skull now hangs proudly on their property. Thanks again to Sasha and his crew

Experience was, meh. Set lots of traps and told me we had a big problem and charged be an additional $100. We live in two-floor townhouse so not sure why we got the upcharge. They wouldn't patch a hole outside of house because it was on neighbor's side. Set a lot of traps that caught some mice but I didn't invite this company back.

I had 4 count them 4 topped named pest companies for a mouse issue not one of them looked on the outside of my home all set a few mouse traps told us not much of a problem don't worry about it. There was a squirrel and a bird nest in my attic. Sasa did great job. He set traps inside and outside, sealed the holes and even removed out some dirty attic insulation. I really appreciated his hard work. I will recommend this company definitely.

Sasa, the owner, is very knowledgeable, friendly, hard-working and passionate about his work. It took him three visits to treat our carpenter bee problem. He first thoroughly examined our house and quickly identified the affected areas. He identified the problem not just from our complained area, but more areas that we were not aware of. Then he communicated with us about his assessment and explained to us how he would treat the problem. He even went out of his way to our attic to apply the treatment. After two visits of treatment to be sure that there were no bee activities anymore, he came back to seal all the holes that were penetrated by the bees. He also educated us on how to look for signs of infection from other pests. Their price is so reasonable and their services are exceptional! Pest Czar is a company that I trust and I highly recommend it to those who have pest problems.

We had a mouse problem. Long story short we got married and our family put rice everywhere as a joke which not only attracted mice but also fed them. We tried for 2 weeks on our own to get rid of them without success. After comparing all the companies and reading some online reviews I picked Pest Czar. great with working with your schedule. follow-up their work and use stuff around the house that's safe for my kids and dogs. the mice actually disappear unlike all the store bought traps I've spent lots on. Definitely recommend Pest Czar! We came back from vacation to some mice invading our townhouse. After mostly failing to catch them myself for a week, I contacted pest czar for some professional help. They responded very quickly and our technician, Tim, was great. He searched the whole house for the root of the problem and gave me a fair and upfront price, and then immediately started treating the issue. Within a day or two we were very relieved to stopped seeing any signs of the mice. We also have peace of mind with a 90 day warranty if they try to come back.

I honestly don't know how they have such good reviews. I scheduled an inspection for one of my family's properties and received a half-assed inspection. The representative that was sent was sitting outside in the work truck, saw me walk up the steps and into the door of the home-- didn't call or knock -- and almost drove off until I shouted that I was waiting for him. Guess he wanted to swindle me with their "no-show fee charge." When he parked again and came in, the inspection itself was more of a "look around" situation, there was no detailed investigation whatsoever. He didn't tell me anything definite, and continuously told me he would have to "get down there to inspect further" once I paid for a plan or services to really see what was going on. Doesn't this defeat the entire purpose of the complimentary inspection? At the end, the representative asked me did I receive their outlined service plan and detailed fees when I originally scheduled my appointment (via email). I told him no, I never received it. He told me that he would have someone from their office reach out to me the next day with the appropriate information so that services could be started if I wished. It's been A WEEK and I haven't heard anything. I guess this company is discriminatory and picks and chooses who they decide to help at their leisure. Highly unprofessional, I would never recommend.

Pest Czar is great! I had made tons of inquiries with no response and had phone calls with empty promises to get right back to me from other companies. But Erika emailed me (which for me is so much easier at work) right away and set something up. Sasa was on time and they email and call with updates on exact timing so you aren't just wasting your day waiting. He thoroughly checked the entire house along with outdoors, gave me a quote with options and didn't try to sell me anything unnessary. He told me exactly what he was doing and why (very knowledgeable) and they take notes so you don't have to explain the situation during a follow up. They actually reminded me to schedule the follow up (which is free of charge) and someone else came 2 weeks later that was also very friendly and knowledgeable. Most recently I got a kitten and and was very worried about possible traps or poison hurting her. Even though they put everything in areas that likely can't be accessed by pets, Erika again got back to me immediately and arranged the very next day to send Sasa back out on a Saturday which is supposed to be a day off because I was worried. They are professional, personable, honest, and reasonable. I can't really even think of any way a frustrating experience such as rodent issues could have been handled any better - I have zero suggestions or complaints, and to be honest I'm not exactly a laid back unpicky person. Do not waste your time with larger companies, you won't find anyone better and I highly recommend!

We had an ongoing mouse problem in our row house for over 3 years before we called Pest Czar. Sasa came and did a thorough inspection of our home. He closed up entryways I was unaware of and set traps in places I didn’t even consider. Since his first appointment, we have had a 95% reduction in mouse activity. If we ever do see any activity, I am able to set up an appointment with Sasa within days. Pest Czar comes every 3 months to help insure we stay mouse free, at a very reasonable rate. Pest Czar was excellent. They came out ASAP and provided an aggressive and effective approach to a major rat problem we had in a Hampden, MD rental. We had Terminex for a year prior and they were terrible, only filled and (sometimes) emptied bait stations. The Pest Czar is owner operated which made me feel more comfortable. I was given same day service. The owner was very professional - He slipped booties over his shoes to protect my flooring. He answered all of my questions. His mouse traps were much better than the ones I purchased at the store. We had our first trapped mouse two hours after he left and the second mouse about ten hours later. We now have no more mice and if any come around in the future I now have much better traps which he showed me how to use properly.
