My experience started off good but quickly went South. James came out with fast and efficient service but the follow up after was horrible, unprofessional, and basically a waste of my time. When trying to schedule my follow up I was met canceled dates and no opportunity to schedule within a time window. I was told that they do not offer time windows for appointments because they go to various jobs at different times. I mentioned that I do work during the day and that I would need to know when they are coming and I was told that was not how they do things. Three weeks later, I did get an appointment, confirmed via text, I was told someone would be there between 1PM and 2PM. At 11:30 someone called and said he would be there around 12:35. I stopped what I was doing left work to get there in time but at 12:50 I received a phone call stating he was 1.5 hours away. Unfortunately I have to work so I did not have extra time to wait. When I reached out to James I was met with no response.

James at Nest Pest Control is really truly the MVP. He additionally offered tips to help me deal with my pest control issues in between treatments which was far above and beyond the call of his duty, so that was greatly appreciated. I now have my permanent pest control guy for all future treatment needs! Highly recommended.

Service was inadequate especially for the price of $225 for 2 visits when he didn't even show for the second. James came to our home for a mouse problem and put down mouse poison that we could have purchased ourselves at Walmart. I actually googled the brand of poison that he uses and its $11 at Walmart for a pack of 100 pellets. He literally put down less than 10 pellets around our house. Mind you leading exterminators recommend NOT using mouse poison because of the risk of the mice dying in your walls. He claimed that the poison would dehydrate the mice and drive them outside to look for water but that is also nonsensical because there are MANY reliable water sources in a house. He then closed up 2 or 3 very small holes in our house in a very sloppy and unattractive way. I had to go back and unseal them and reseal them neatly once he left. I also suggested to him that he check for mice around our entire house (DUHH!!!) and he made up excuses of why that was uneccessary and said that we probably only had one mouse. Mind you everybody knows that mice roam in packs! I was so frustrated by him the first time he came to our house because everything he said/was doing felt SO SHADY! However, I gave him a chance and expected that the second visit would be better. He said that he would be back the next Saturday and never showed. He did nothing at all for our mouse problem . It was an absolute waste of $225. After being very disheartened after dealing with James and his insane unprofessionalism and abysmal exterminator skills we called Orkin and received a MUCH BETTER deal and quality service. I am not one to write reviews but AVOID THIS MAN!!! I am CONVINCED that he paid the other 30 people to write reviews. There is no way in hell that he went from being an excellent pest control expert to sucking so badly at his job once he got to our house. Save your money and call a company that will actually SHOW UP FOR THEIR APPOINTMENTS and have a money back guarantee.

I call Nest Services with a problem that i was having with roaches! We call over 3 companies to address our problem. They never was able to get ride of all of the roaches and there eggs. We where referred from a friend to use Nest Services. They came out and identify where the roaches was nesting. They treated the nest and came back for a follow up. We have not seen anymore roaches since then. We will use them at all times. Thanks Nest Servies you guys rock! Thanks Nikhil

James was able to send a technician to my new home with very short notice (the next day on New Year’s Eve). The technician Mr. Darrell came and treated my house. He was extremely informative and very detailed in his work. The customer service was top notch. They also will be doing a follow up visit in a week to make sure everything is taken care of. We where having a bad problem with roaches! We call another company that came out and a horrible job. After they did the service we still had a roach problem. My wife said that we need to get another company. We was referred from a friend to call Nest Pest Control. They came out and identify where the roaches was nesting. Nest Pest Control came out and treated for mice. We had a bad problem with them. The tech came out and found all of our entry points where the mice where coming in. They close all of them to make sure that they would not be able to return through them. We have not seen ONE mice since the treatment. Nest Pest Control did a great job! Thanks

Awesome service! I saw a mouse last night, I called this morning and Nest Pest Control was here within 3 hours! Super friendly and answered all my questions. I was to terrified to open my closet and move my stuff for them! They did it for me!! Super nice and efficient HIGHLY recommend!
