Our realtor recommended Lynn Pest Control for an inspection prior to settlement. After meeting with House Inspector and another Termite Company I learned there was far more damage than was noted on their report. The other Termite Company also noted that in light of the damage they should have recommended treatment, or at the least requested documentation from the owner that provided evidence of when the treatment occurred. Lynn did neither!

Had my basement treated and found a live termite nest 2 weeks later. After paying $540 and requesting they come back out I was told they would not the termites should die eventually Very disappointed and dissatisfied

As a Realtor I used LP all the time! As a home owner I am still using them. They are upfront with information if you ask them and researching their answers they have been spot on! With any application it takes time to kill bugs. Life does not work like the Raid commerical! If there are continuing issues they will come back to address them every time. They stand behind their work! I just had them come over this week. 8-19 Many of LP's tecks have been with them for many years so if you are looking for experience they have it. Termite damage is the worst. The hidden damage is shocking when its found. It's interesting how termites work like ants and carry the poison from nest to nest. Or is it den to den? They do die in time. LP also has inspections and treatment plans for those of us that live in the woods. The inspection did take some time to complete but it was thorough. They crawled into a spot you could not get me into to do an inspection. I don't get pain for this review. I just say it like I see it. I'm happy using Lynn Pest.
