Very professional in tackling pest concerns, the thermal heat Remediation treatment provided by the company is very effective in eradicating bedbug activities, they are also the best in taking care of termites and rodents. I will recommend Kenmore anytime, anyday.

I was very dissatisfied with my service. They came to my place and did a half ass job and I still had bugs in my apartment unit. Then they left glue traps down filled with bugs. One time they came to my place and pulled up all the glue traps with bugs on them and discarded them in my kitchen trash can I thought that was very unsanitary. I would never recommend them for business to anyone. The African Manager was very nasty towards me on the phone when I called them to make a complaint about his contractors and their business. He told me don't call them anymore and hung up on me. How rude of him.

This company are well educated on different types of bugs and insects. They do spread sufficient amount of spray and traps. I had terrible experiences with German cockroaches. This company gave me time to prepare my place before the actual process of their pesticide against these German cockroaches. They have reacted on a timely manner before these terrible pests multiply so quickly and spread the whole place.

I am very disappointed with this company services. I waited all day for them to come (missed work and won't get paid) and they never showed up! I saw the truck on the property and asked the rental office what happened. They told me that they couldn't go in my attic to check for rodents because they didn't have traps or a ladder. What the heck?!!! When I tried to call Kenmore's office, the phones were out of service, and their website is down for repairs! What's really going on with them? Their business practices sounds very shady and questionable!!!

Customer service was the best! The technician arrived early and addressed my bug infestation. All of the follow up appointments occurred timely and now my bug issue has been addressed permanently. Very reasonably priced compared to 3 other quotes received. My family is no longer freaking out and I am so grateful.

This company's techs are careless. I They do not leave a time when your unit has been entered. I have health problems now because of their carelessness. Calling the company to ask questions is useless because they are a third party vendor to a resident. Its bogus!!
