My initial service was completed by Alfred. He is very thorough in the ground treatment, sealing places where insects could enter the home, and the wasp nests behind my shutters. Today is my first quarterly treatment. The technician checked behind the shutters and nothing flew out! I am very impressed with Alfred's attention to detail and taking the time to do a thorough job. This morning Tyler and Alex came to inspect my home for any rodent activity. They did a thorough job and inspected every corner of the home inside and outside. They plugged holes, checked for any activity under kitchen appliances, they checked my attic and basement. He found items that were missed/skipped from other tech's visits and addressed them. No Show! I signed up for their service and waited an afternoon and no one showed up. Funny thing, I called to confirm appt during my window time and was told someone is on their way. Next day, no calls from company. I called to cancel and they said they had my address and phone number wrong..and then said driver couldn't find it..lies! I confirmed all this info when I signed up.
