I enrolled with their pest control service and I see a lot of progress in my house. I don't have more ants or spiders inside of my house. The tech are very friendly and always explain what are they are doing before they start to work in the house. At the end always send a report of work performed. We have been with frontline for 10 years. Purchased contract 2 days after moving in. We lived in a family ranch home on a semi wooded lot. Frontline did regular service as well as responded to any immediate attention needed outside of regular service. Our service techs were always enjoyable for conversation and knowledgeable for the treatments being provided. Frontline was part of taking care of our home and provided us the confidence that it had been cared for when we sold it to a new family. It was nice to know all We had to do was call!

I have had frontline service for about two years and recently added the mosquito program last year which was super effective.My area was infested with mosquitos and after a few treatments you could notice a huge reduction. Good Service and Friendly Technicians.
Shawn/Sean who visits to do services is awesome, incredibly knowledgeable, and very friendly. Customer service is on the ball and incredibly flexible (even with my busy schedule). The service itself is on point..living near the river I get a LOT of bugs..cockroaches are the biggest, skin-crawling problem (on top of mosquitos and mayflies). Within a month, these annoying suckers were GONE! I also have a cat and they never use anything that could harm people or pets. Outstanding!
Isaac is our service master and he is EXCELLENT. Always lets us know he has arrived and asks about any special needs and then quickly and efficiently does the job. Before leaving he lets us know what he has seen and done. He is always so pleasant and has a lovely smile, which makes me feel like you must be a good company to work for. Employees who smile so easily seem to me to be happy with their work situation. We are very pleased with this service as well.

Canceled service with this company. Charged for me service for a problem they supposedly resolved less than 60 days ago. Company is quick to take your money, but lacks in customer service. I have been a customer for several years and to be treated like this is disheartening. Totally disappointed.
Use other reputable pest management companies. These folks will make the problem worse, then demand more money to fix what they made worse. No thanks. I will never use this service again, and will never recommend them to anybody but my enemies.
Frontline is really flexible and the service is really great. If they come when I’m not home they will spray outside and return if I call. They are pretty knowledgeable and have take care of a wasp, spider, and mouse problem we had.
I bought a Groupon. Frontline insisted I give them a credit card number to make an appointment to use my Groupon. They gave me a six hour window of 12-6. I waited all day and they did not show up or call! Meanwhile, I paid for a Groupon for Frontline exterminating while is worth nothing and they have my credit card on file! Frontline also tried to insist I agree to a quarterly contract to use my one-time-treatment Groupon. Is this a "bait and switch" scheme? One star is too generous for Frontline!

Brandon is a great technician. He arrived on time, is pleasant, listens to my questions and provides answers and follow ups. He was out today to do the interior of our home and was able to show me that the termite stations that were supposedly installed by the previous technician were in fact not installed. He told me he would make a note in the report for it to be scheduled. When I was emailed today’s report, it was noted. Thanks Brandon for doing and taking pride in your job and your good customer service!

I have had Frontline as my post controller for over a year now and I have no issues whatsoever. I live in a new development and new houses are being built across the street from me where there use to be woods. And I had a lot of Spiders/Snakes/ and other bugs. They came and sprayed and I did not have any more bugs, the techs are very friendly and professional. If I need them to come when i am not Scheduled for regular spraying they come without any issues and accommodate me.
The guy that showed up was Coco he is excellent in his work. Would prefer to have him every time if possible he takes his time and is Thorough with his work. Always friendly and kind . He needs a pat on the back!!!!

I purchased a groupon for $35 that included indoor and outdoor pest control from Frontline. I had read some of the negative reviews from a couple of years ago and wasn't sure what to expect. We had the treatment done yesterday and were very happy with Frontline. The guy that came to our home was very courteous, punctual, and polite. He did the work well and explained the process as he went. He respected the fact that we have a dog and 2 cats and they weren't affected by anything he did inside. He removed all the cobwebs (we had LOADS) and when he sprayed outside, there were so many more bugs than we realized. We are happy with the results of the pest control, and are pleased with the service we received. I will be using Frontline again in the future.
This company is absolutely excellent! There pricing is great perfect for customers who have a lot of insect activity but don't have a lot of money to spend . They do everything and more then all the other pest control companies . Technicians are professionals, polite, very well trained and knowledgeable for any bug situation . We don’t usually pay for services like this before trying to do it ourselves... and believe me we tried! We had an issue with spiders and ants. Our kids woke up with bites and that was the last straw. Literally after the first treatment, (which was incredibly thorough), there was no sign of anything again. We found dead spiders around the walls but nothing living whatsoever. Since then and with the maintenance, there’s been nothing else. It is obvious that management handpicks their employees and has very high standards for the company. They take each job seriously and if there are ever concerns they do not take them lightly. Everything was handled respectfully and promptly and we are very grateful!

3 stars because service is spotty. One technician will show up and be very thorough - spraying every nook and cranny, changing traps and whatnot - and another will show up and barely spend 10 min doing his job. Have yet to see consistency. And being that they have switched from 2 month service to 4 month service you would expect them to be more of the former not the latter.
Santana Moore was our technician for our first mosquito treatment and let me tell y’all, he did an AMAZING job!! These mosquitos don’t stand a chance at my house this summer!! He’s very good at his job and a very nice man!! I’m glad I decided to give the mosquito treatment a chance this year!!

Do Not Use this company. I used the Groupon offer. We did not have any pest inside the house. After their treatment we have thousand of ants all over our house. It is a complete infestation and is disgusting. I have to believe this is a bait and switch. They claim they can not come back out with Groupon. This is a complete rip off and all I received was terrible customer service

First treatment was amazing. Follow up - not sure if they were suppose to do anything or not but service tech was only here for less than 5 minutes. Just switched over so need to do some checking.
Technician is thorough however prescheduled appointments don’t occur on the date scheduled; no explanation.
I’ve been working for Frontline since 2008. Working at Frontline has been a wonderful experience for me. They have supported and encouraged me to grow within the company. As service manager I have had the opportunity to develop programs that are beneficial to our customers and the general public while maintaining positive results. Frontline and my mentors have supported me to achieve the Associate Certified Entomologist certification. This places Frontline in a unique position of having a highly qualified staff that can address customer insect issues with confidence. Licensing in multiple states for General Pest and Rodent Control, Horticulture Lawn and Turf as well as Public Health has given me the opportunity to support Frontline customers in the many challenges they may face. If I could sum it up in just one sentence I would have to say that Frontline truly cares about people, both customers and employees.
The Personnel with Frontline were very Professional and attentive to my residence. I really enjoyed that they were on time, and did their job in a timely manner. I very satisfied with the company's service and would recommend them to family and friends.

Very poor and apathetic customer service!! When the sales lady came to our place, she was advertising that the pest control service would cover everything indoor; however, when we signed up for the service, it turned out that they don't cover many pests; such as, mosquitos, fleas, etc. There are separate charges on those service and does not include in the regular pest control service. Mosquito service is not even provided all year around. So that's a wrong fraudulent advertisement. Secondly, The technicians are not well experienced or knowledge on the safeguards on services. Both times, when we call the customer service to schedule for appointment, different technicians came in; one stated, the child can not be presented during services; and second one stated, it's fine if the child is around, so I was very worried about my kids being around while they are doing the service. We were misinformed and there wasn't any consistency from their technicians. Additionally, when we call the customer service to report this type of service, the manager was rude and wouldn't even listen or help us. She directly kick us out of their service even we had already paid them monthly fees ahead of time. A VERY VERY APATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE! I would not refer them to anyone.
EDITED: Left a 1 star review and got a call 30 minutes later after they read it and really wanted to make this right, which is why we put these here right? Good customer service people when you call. I will still say some of the technicians weren't the best in terms of appearance or neatness. They still have to do better with reminders and showing up on time, but they are decent, and trying to do better.

The pest control specialist named Monte came by today and he did a very thorough job of spraying both inside and outside my house. He also did some heavy duty spraying on a bee hive adjacent to my property. Overall, he had a great attitude and did a great job and I would recommend Frontline Pest Professionals.

The pest control tech came to service for ants. As he pulled up to our house, our friends were leaving out the door. He took it upon himself to shout from his vehicle, "hey man, I heard you got ants!" He proceeded to yell "what's up with the ants.? I was highly upset with this unprofessional service and yelling in the neighborhood. Please I definitely plan to address and stop further services. So uncouth for such a company to have this impression on customer's

I've never used you guys before, but I am curious why you have not responded back to any of the customers who left negative comments on here. I look at both positive & negative comments on the internet to help me when I am just shopping around for something. But one of the things that stood out while I was reading the comments on here is how you totally avoided responding to anyone who were not happy with your company. All I saw were your comments thanking everyone who gave you 5 stars. Not a good impression guys...

The technician that arrived never even spoke words to us. We had had to call them back a few days later because there was still mosquitoes. Had to call them back out again because he did not spray the critical areas just a small outline of my yard. Substantially less mosquitoes but at the same time if you make a guarantee you should stick to it and you have to wait 21 days minimum before they are allowed to spray again Harry
Pest professionals always communicate well and are great with customer service. They go out of their way to listen to any new issues you may be having and try to take care of them at that time. I would highly recommend! The only thing is that I have been asking for snake away treatment for a while now and it is supposed to be free but I still haven’t gotten it - we have found snake in our yard and neighbors have had in their basements and yards as well. That would be the only reason they got four out of five stars
They never showed up for my appointment even though I received several text confirmations. I called them and they told me they had too many appointments and need to reschedule. If I didn't call them I would've never known they weren't coming. They credited my account for the mistake which was nice. I'm a new customer so giving them another shot to see if they can provide me quality service.

Several people in my neighborhood bought from a door to door guy. The service was terrible. Five days later the problems are just as bad or even worse then when they started. They didn't even wipe down the spiderwebs around the house as promised.

We've been with Frontline for approximately 5 years and have moved twice and each time Frontline has kept their commitment to provide exceptional service at each location. The transition in service from one location to another was seamless, no interruption to service at no additional cost. The customer service is great and the people I recommended the company to that signed on are just as happy with their service. I recommend Frontline to everyone, especially those who have been disappointed with other pest services just as I was.
Very friendly from the office staff to the exterminator that comes to my home. If I see I need them back before the scheduled time they are happy to come back at no extra charge.

Horrible service. Everything is done at THEIR convenience. Our ants have gotten worse since we switched to them. They clearly half-a** their jobs.
I give this 4 stars, not because of the technician, he was great and did a wonderful job. He was also very professional and respectful. The reason I didn't give a five star review is because I had this appt scheduled for the day before. I allowed for the two hour window because I understand traffic is unpredictable, and sometimes other appts run late, or there's a simple mechanical problem. What I don't understand is why no one calls to let the homeowner know of said problem and the appt will need to be rescheduled. It's inexcusable to leave the homeowner hanging wondering when or if the technician is going to arrive. We have lives and other responsibilities as well, and to lose a whole afternoon because of either laziness or the lack of respect to the customer is not customer service.
They don’t give a person call to set up appointments . Their robotic call beams a high pitch noise in your ear and hangs up , the guy that comes is very nice an polite wish the company had the same person touch ,
We wanted to ensure our crawl space dint have any rodent issues, and frontline representative Coco was kind enough to crawl in and address it. I definitely will recommend them to my friends.

Our guy showed up on time. He was personable as usual, I don't know his name, but he is our regular dude. Asked about problem areas, was mindful of our interior with the cloth booties on his shoes. Did his thing in an efficient and effective manner
I wish I would have read the reviews before I decided to receive service from frontline. The previous reviews that gave 1 and 2 star are exactly correct. The customer service is really bad. The products they use are not successful in eliminating bugs. When you call and let them know there is a problem, they try to justify why they did there job correctly instead of attacking the issue of the fact the bugs are still present. Also when you try and cancel please don't expect a refund because you wont get it. So if you have $82.00 to waste every few months then get frontline otherwise shop around. PLEASE PAY CLOSE ATTENTION TO THE REVIEWS. FRONTLINE IS THE WORSE

HORRIBLE company, sales and management. This is nothing more than a scam service, repeatedly told the salesman no - not interested. He wouldn't give in and my mistake was feeling sorry for this 'boy' who traveled so far from Canada to be here - that I agreed to a one time service outdoors only. Upon receiving emails, I responded to make certain they weren't planning to visit again, as there was ABSOLUTELY no reduction in pests, bugs, anything - buying something from Lowe's would've been more effective. Upon my email to state that I did not want their services, I was answered with a rude email stating that I couldn't cancel without having to pay a large penalty!!! The company was generous enough to send out ANOTHER rep - who didn't even know that a service (term used loosely) had been performed at our home. When I greeted him at the door and shared the ridiculous experience I'd had, He told me that the Reg Svc Mgr had explained to him that even if someone refused the service they would just turn them over to a collection agency to harass them - and the second salesman said he believed that the first would try to do this scam!!! Why then, doesn't the RSM do something about this - that would be honorable, that's why!! The RSM emailed me back to say that he could only charge me another $100 for doing nothing!! Do not open your door to these people, they are not ethical nor trustworthy.

Do not trust this company. Try to find anyone above branch manager in the organization to complain to and you will find out why. They are not allowed to give out the number. What are they hiding from? Do not trust a company that will not talk to their customers.
I had requested to have this service stopped. I cannot recall having any treatment during the late spring or summer. Our home was invested with ants and other insects. I had to purchase chemicals to reduce the ants. We still see ants even after the last treatment that should not had happened. My account was charged $110.00 for an ineffective service. Respectfully, requesting Frontline to discontinue their service at our home.
Super happy with frontline . We have been using them for our home for 3 years . They have removed hornets nest and come everyone we have an issue keep up great work !
Could of done better. It seems to me this guy was a newbie (new recruit) He made no real attempt to explain anything he was going to do or did. He seemed intent on finishing and heading out as quickly as possible. He didn’t notice a wasp nest on one of our front basement windows! His dealing with it was inadequate in my opinion. Maybe he’s allergic to wasps stings!

Where to begin...it was my impression that our contract was monthly and not until months later do I find out its quarterly and I have been wondering why I haven't seen anybody every month. Towards the end I used a call back service because I was seeing mice . The technician never showed up TWICE. When I was able to get ahold of the customer service, they were apologetic so customer service is awesome. However each time the technicians have come out I still have seen spider webs and so many ants. It is too over priced for the quality of the service.
What began as a call riddled with anxiety and frustration turned into a call with information, resolutions and solutions. I left a message on the main office line with a list of complaints late Thursday night. Bright and early the next day, Victoria Lawrence (customer service rep) called me back. Victoria was already aware of my concerns because she had listened to my voice mail, however she attentively listened to them again, and calmly addressed everything by providing background, and with a suggested resolution for going forward. This was by far, one of my best customer service experiences that I've had in quite some time. She made my day a little brighter, and is the reason that I elected to continue my service.

Frontline has been great for our home and family as our home backs up to the woods. While we know this won’t stop all the little critters, it has helped tremendously in keeping them outside of home- in fact in the two years we’ve used them we’ve only had one spider that we know of :) The kids are able to play in their playset outback without fear of hidden creepy crawlers. Our tech, Keith, is such a pleasure. He always lets us know he’s there’s and goes above and beyond to make sure we’re taken care of and on the same page. He does his work with a smile on his face—literally. Such a nice guy. He even whistles while he works. Such a nice guy!
I have been using Frontline for the past 7 years since I moved to my new home. I have to say that I'm very happy with the fact that I don't have any critters in my home and when I go out my home, I can see where they're stopped. Thank you for keeping my wife happy. Derrick was great. He was knowledgeable and courteous. We also liked that he wasn't lazy, he checked out everything we inquired about.
Overall ok but not overly impressed with the service. Our report said there would be cob web dusting and after our service we still had cob webs all around our deck and steps to the backyard and in window/door openings.
I have been a customer for a while now. I recently noticed that I was not getting any mosquito treatment which is the main reason i signed up. I notified the company but never received a written response. They also like to come out when it is raining and if I don’t call back to get re-treated, it is a waste of my money. I will give the company another shot to allow them to improve, so this review may be modified at a later time.
Just get the one time service the yearly service is not worth the money.
I cannot say enough good things about our technician and services. Every time he comes out he listens to our concerns, explains things well and completes the services with a smile on his face. Very happy with our service.
My Frontline Tech was very attentive, courteous and went out of his way to address our concerns. He patiently explained the process and took the time to inspect every inch of our home for insects and critters. He even gave us some tips to prevent mosquitos. Glad we chose Frontline for our extermination needs.
I would give them less than one star if I could. The boy (18 at the most) comes here in ripped jeans and a t shirt. I walk him around the house and show him what I need done (regular service stuff) and he says he can't do much because someone took the stuff out of his truck. I said to do what you can and took my dog inside. HE LEAVES! I called the company and they said because he did nothing, they will only charge me half price. I had to argue with them and finally canceled my service. Never had the same person come here twice. Just awful.
Shawn and Vicky have always meet my needs. They are very prompt call ahead and if Shawn is going to make it due to weather or what ever he always makes a point to call and let me know. I could not ask for more professional people

The technician was very knowledgeable about the products they use and was very efficient, he made sure I understood what he was doing and I explain to him that being that my hone is new construction I witness a lot of bugs, spiders and mosquitoes. Do not have a contract with them. Terrible customer service and even it's hard to cancel their pest control service. It's FAIL company.

I have always been very happy with how Frontline Pest Control takes care of our needs for protecting our house against bugs. They always do a great job in notifying me of the service times. Also they treat my whole yard and home for a very reasonable price. When ever I need to make changes to our service day or time they make it very easy to make the adjustments.
We've been customers for several years now and we're happy we made the decision to join. Our main motive for initiating the service was for ticks. We have two dogs and since Frontline has been coming to the house the number of ticks on the dogs and in house has been reduced to a negligible amount. One service aspect I really like is that Frontline will come out and perform a between cycle application if ticks etc...are found in the back yard. Human customer service is easily contacted and helpful.

Always great service that shows up on time, answers any and all questions, follows-up regularly, remains flexible and applies an effective service. Often the same technician performs the service and so the consistency is a plus for knowing your preferences and history of applications. Definitely a good long term investment!
EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!
We have been customers of Frontline for several years. We recently saw evidence of mice. I called for someone to come out. I received a message that the person would be out at 2:50 with a window of two hours.I called to confirm this time and information. I got off work early, rushed home and was home prior to 2:50 and found a Frontline bag on my door with two sticky traps. Seriously!! I can buy those myself. I thought you all were for "pest control". Called to complain and was told someone else would be out by 6 pm. Sitting around waiting.....It is a quarter to six. Guess who is going to find another legit pest control company!

We have had nothing but bad experiences with this company. They were supposed to come quarterly and did not come for 5 months and when we called they were like oh we had to cancel because of weather and forgot to reschedule. They also have come now 4 times for the same problem and it has yet to be solved. They claimed the ants will go away well they were wrong they are worse than ever before. I am over this company and the scam they run. I also have cameras in my house and can attest they only sprayed two areas then left and did not do the thorough job they promised or promoted. Will never recommend or use them again.

NO SHOW. I saw Frontline's good reviews here and called them for an inspection. They told me someone would come out the very next morning, within a 2 hour window. Sounds good! So I stay home from work and wait. 2 hours later I call to ask what's up. They have no explanation why their guy didn't show, and instead ask for my address again. WTF? They assure me they have a truck nearby and will call me real soon on the way over. 3 more hours, I haven't seen or heard anything from them.

The only problem I have ever had is the office calls to leave a message and tell you when your person is coming to spray , but then they always seem to come on a different day. I just want to be called if a person is not coming is all. Other than that the service is not bad for the price

Asked for ant bait but the gentleman said he didn't have any on his truck. He said I would have to call and schedule to have someone come out again to put some down.

Never call to set appointment, ppl come at very last second of two hour window. Bugs still present, have not noticed any difference. Ask for 8 am appointment and they schedule an 11:45.

Technician did a great job on the inside but was unable to do the outside due to inclement weather conditions. He said he would be back to do the outside and install the termite boxes. Waiting for his return.
I have NEVER come across such dishonest business tactics. Sales manager actually sales services they dont offer. (They just want to get you on a contract and make you waste your time) The thing is, when the Sales manager came to our house to offer the service, he said they will take care of wildlife and promised they will work on that for the next 3 months. When first service guy came the first time, he was not aware of moles treatment, technician told me someone put something on truck to spray out on my backyard, he didnt even know was product it was. Second time technician said they dont do anything with wildlife. Thrid time they didnt do the treatment. ( of course there is more of the story ) Dont believe NOTHING this company promises-- except that they will automatically deduct charges for services that are nothing like what they originally promise. I was charge 2 times in less than 3 months.( they wont miss that part) They offered a discount on the service but money is not important when you have something to take care of and protect your family.

Absolutely love the service we receive. The technicians are always very friendly and happy to help. It never fails that they show up with a smile and are very knowledgeable. I can count on them to help me out even if they are in the neighborhood on another call. (Wasp nest) I've had then for 2 1/2 years now and plan on keeping them for as long as I live here.

If I could put negative stars I would! I bought a Groupon one year ago. They did a HORRIBLE job and failed to show up multiple times. I therefore called to cancel. I was told BY MANAGEMENT it was cancelled. Come to find out they were still charging me AND NOT performing the service. I have followed their service agreement and paid the early termination fee but they keep charging me! DO NOT use this company!

Have been with frontline for 10 or more years. The quarterly treatments around our home have kept our home bug and rodent free. If a problem arises (bees) a call to the office is all that is needed to take care of it. A very good Company, with polite service people.

Please do your research prior to doing business with them. I canceled the contract since they could not remove two wasp nests that I have in my property... Then they charged me a cancellation fee... No one responds to my calls. Very bad customer service.
Every time they service me I still have a problem...I have a minor but irritating mouse problem everytime they spray for mice the next day I see mouse droppings like they put the bait down just to feed them
