I had Neil from Freedom Pest come out to my home this morning after dealing with a yellow-jacket infestation in my laundry and utility room for over a week. I thought that I could tackle the problem myself, but after killing hundreds of bees and getting stung once, I decided I needed to get professional help. This was the first time I used Freedom Pest Solutions and I am thrilled with the results. Neil not only was friendly and on time for an early morning appointment, he was able to locate the troublesome bee hive quickly . Even though the hive was located in a difficult to access area under ceiling tiles in a very tight basement closet, Neil didn't give up until the hive was extracted. I was thrilled beyond words to know that the source of all my bee drama was now gone. I would highly recommend Freedom Pest to anyone with a pest issue. Neil was friendly, honest, informative, and fast-moving! From the first phone call, he seemed genuinely interested in helping me and gave me great information about what I could do immediately. When he came out, he seemed to know exactly what he was doing. It seems rare these days to find business owners who have an obvious passion for what they do, who respect your time/busy schedule, and who seem genuinely honest and transparent. And you gotta be impressed with anyone who can climb into a sweltering hot attic and come out with a smile on his face!
