Yesterday we found that there was a hornet nest in a tree near our house. We wanted to have it removed so we went to Home Advisor’s website. The first company to respond was Destroy Pest Control. We spoke on the phone, I described the problem, they offered a price, and I made an appointment to have the nest removed. This morning, Lyle and Tony came out, got the job done quickly, efficiently, and completely! They not only did a great job, but they were fun to work with – two knowledgeable, nice, friendly guys who knew what they were doing and did it well. Thank you Destroy Pest Control!

These guys are great! They came out a few weeks ago and found a bald-faced hornet nest about 40 feet up in a tree in our yard. They did not have the right equipment to deal with a nest this high, so they found the equipment, ordered it, and then came back out yesterday to take care of the nest. They were on time, communicated great, and took care of the problem as soon as they had the necessary equipment. They gave us a great price, and didn't change the price even though they had to come out three different times in order to be able to address the issue. I highly recommend them. They were professional, courteous, and did not take advantage of us like I feel some companies would have since they had to come out multiple times. Hopefully the hornets are gone and have moved on to a new site when I get home today. It's been a long month dealing with this hornets!

My initial impression was good, as they responded quickly to my questions and came right out. However, after signing up for an annual plan it became difficult to get a response. They were supposed to come out every quarter, but I've only seen them twice in the last year. And that was when I was lucky enough to get them on the phone and talk to a human. They don't return voice messages and certainly won't go out of their way to call and try to schedule an appointment.
