Critter Getters has performed several jobs for my family. They have sprayed for ants, given expert consultation and have performed termite remediation. Each and every time the service was impeccable. They performed the jobs efficiently and very fast and we have had zero trouble ever since. I would highly recommend them to all my friends and family. They do incredible work and you won't have to pay anyone else after they are done because they do the job right the first time!

This place is top notch!!! From the 1st conversation with Wookie in the office, to the last conversation with Chico the technician. They got me in quickly, were considerably cheaper than the competition, and the technician was extremely professional and attentive to the issue I was having and was extensive in the job that he did. Will recommend to anyone needing pest services!!!

Poor customer service. We received a call from someone to schedule a visit for an assessment. The appointment was set for 7:30-8am so it wouldn't interfere in our work day. He never showed, and now that it's just about a week later, we still haven't been contacted to reschedule. Whenever I call, I get the voicemail, which is never responded to.

My husband and I were very disappointed (to say the least) that the rep from Critter Getters was unable to even come close to getting rid of our bats. We paid CG over $1,500 for nothing. OUCH!!! If you've got bat problems in your house, get a recommended bat specialist from the list on the DE Dept of Natural Resources website. CG should have just admitted that our problem was more than they could handle, and they should have pointed us in the direction of DE DNREC, which we had no idea was an available resource for bat problems.

I would highly recommend Critter Getters to anyone. Whenever I have called or even facebook message them they were quick to respond. Just this week we spotted a groundhog that took up resident between my yard and neighbors yard. My neighbor used a family friend to catch it which didn't happen. One call to critter getters they came same day set a trap. That same day came home after work notice groundhog was caught, I facebook message sent and they responded plus came out that same night to get it. Super impressive in my book. Thank you Critter Getters for a job well done! Glad to have you guys around to help! Keep up the great job you guys always do!

I would really like to thank Spencer Reigns of Critter Getters Pest control for standing behind their work! In September of 2015 we had Critter Getters come out to my 82 year old mother's house for Raccoons in the attic. We were extremely pleased with the technician they provided, he answered all of our questions and performed the work. Over this past weekend We discovered the repair work that was performed had been damaged when a new attic exhaust fan was installed. So Spencer showed up on Saturday morning and not only fixed the exhaust fan but also pointed out the original repair work was not up to his standard and repaired the whole section over again.....FREE of cost...... The whole experience was absolutely perfect. I absolutely would highly recommend Critter Getters to anybody looking for pest control services. With all the companies in the world worries about sales, it's nice to know there's one company out there that doesn't take advantage of 82 year olds ....

First technician that came out was very professional and represented his company well. My yard is infested with ants. We made a plan of attack and I was very satisfied with the plan. I wanted to clean up my landscaping beds because I didn't want them to spray and then I would just be removing it. Technician agreed with that. So I really worked hard all weekend cleaning up the yard. On Monday the technician arrived and I had to review everything with him fortunately I was home because he had no idea what my problem was. After walking the yard and telling him my issues he set out to perform the work. He also seemed very professional. However after about 10 minutes he came around back to tell me he was done. I asked what about granules they said they would put down. He said he did put it down it looks like like grass seed. I finished weedwacking in my back yard and came in to use the restroom. The technician was still out front. He looked like he was eating his lunch which is fine it was about that time of day. I work outside myself so I know what it's like to eat on the run. After using restroom I came outside to check my yard. He was pulling off as I came out. I could not find any granules on my lawn. It also was impossible for him to have sprayed my beds simply because he did not have the time. I called the office to tell them this isn't what I had signed up for. I have a serious ant problem and since this was the first visit I was told they would do a more intense spraying. If this was just a monthly follow up I could see 10 minutes and out. I was told by the manager that he was here about 45 minutes. That is true but only 10 minutes on my yard. I could have done this myself with a sprayer and some pesticide from Home Depot or lowes. They didn't even try to correct the problem. I don't usually complain and have never written a review but this just pissed me off. Not worth the money don't waist your time or money.

If you want a reliable and honest pest control company call Critter Getters! I had a problem with pests. They promptly fixed the issue and I no longer have a problem. They are very professional and I highly recommend them.
