Hired Capital Pest for some rodent issues. They came out, the guy came within the time frame given and treated. I haven’t seen a rodent since. He sealed up at the entry points and explained clearly what he was going to do. Had a great experience.

I have had a termite protection contract with Capital Pest for over 6O years. They pretreated our present home when it was being built 54 years ago, and we have not had termites. In this high infestation area, I believe their methods are effective in preventing termites.

The technician that came out to do my first service was on time and very professional. Gerardo explained what he was doing and what to expect. He gave me great information. Very professional and timely. Their prices were competitive. I was under a tight deadline and the owner came out and did the inspection due to their inspectors were swamped. Extremely rare for an owner to care about customers that he did the work himself. I highly recommend this company.

I had a rodent issue that my wife noticed, I was talking with my coworker about the mice asking them if they recommend what we should do. They said to call capitol pest. I called about 2pm. The lady on the phone was very professional and patiently listened to my concerns. They were prompt in getting David the inspector out before 5pm to access our issue. They even sent me a email with David’s picture for my security and piece of mind since my wife was going to be home along with our kids. He accessed the issue and assured us that they will get the issue under control and prevent them from getting in with there seal up plan. These guys are on there best. They even have a Zoologist that trains hem in specializing in mice and rats. We also did the quarterly service for rodents and insect control. Thank you capitol pest helping us. We love that they are a family owned and operated business. Ps our neighbor has been with them since 1981. Wow

I did not sign on to work with this company. The first appointment was given a 2 hour window, the technitian never showed up and about 5 minutes before the end of the 2 hour window, the receptionist calls and says the technician has a fender bender and could not make it.I rescheduled and the second time the technitian was 10 minutes late and I found his demeanor condescending. I asked questions and at one point he says "You can believe what you want to believe". Not the best response towards a customer in my opinion. He explained things in a condescending way and stated he will email me the contract. I have not received any email and this was the final straw.I believe professionalism and following through on what you say are paramount as good business practices. I have opted not to do business with this company for these reasons.

High pressure sales job. A year monitoring contract where they just stop by once every few months. If you can try to say no to the monitoring contract. They supposedly closed all the entrances for mice but the flimsy wooden plank they put on the crawl space door already fell off.

Unfortunately, the service was poor. Many times service technicians would not arrive during the timeframe specified. Company would often cancel last minute and no service is offered on the weekends. After two plus years of poor service - we canceled our plan.
