Whenever I have any issues, I know to call Bugout!! I had Ben out to my old house in November for field mice and just had Matt out this past Saturday at our new house for carpenter bees and to treat our yard for mosquitos. Ive also had Bugout come out for termites a few years back. The guys are so knowledgeable, and are always on time, courteous and professional. I would never trust anyone else to keep my yard and home pest-free. I know as soon as I call Bugout, whatever situation I have going on will be taken care of the right way!

We hired Bug Out to take care of a flea issue in our basement. Owner, Troy Wiggington came out to assess the problem. He arrived on time, was courteous and offered me a reasonable price to take care of the problem. Three treatments later, the fleas are gone! Now if he could just take the offending cat away!

Bug Out has been servicing my mother's home for 28 years. When I purchased my own home, I also hired Bug Out for my pest control service. The quality of the service is always top notch. The exterminator is always courteous and professional, even going so far as to cover his shoes with booties so as not to mess up our floors. Both of us would absolutely recommend this company, and feel it is a great value for the service we receive.

M v, v,d lBg ug out did my home inspection a few months back. They did a good job. We called them back to do work to patch up holes in attic where birds were in. Took them two week to order the material. It took so long we had to call ..they did call us. Finally parts came And they did a good job. Minus stars for the lack of communication..

I had bug out come today to do an annual spray inside and out. I had the same technician I had last year. His name is Matt and I was happy to see him again . Bugout does not give you a guarantee that they stand behind. They are unable to get rid of mosquitoes it is a scam to take your money!!! Please be aware of there service.

We’ve used Bugout since 2015 when the VA required us to have a termite inspection while refinancing our home. Sure glad we did! They are knowledgeable, friendly and were able to help us remove and prevent further termite damage. We’ve been using them ever since!

Look NO further.....seriously (and as an attorney I am a hard demanding grader). If every contractor was an honest and professionally competent as Scott, we all would feel great about trusting people to come into our homes and give us their analysis of what needs to be done rather than the normal situation when dealing with contractors which is assuming someone is trying to rip us off because if you’re like me, you often have no clue on if what the contractor is telling you is actually true and fair. Bottom line is we had heard from my wife’s Facebook Mom’s group how this Afgan Vet was incredibly honest, charged a fair price, was great to work with, quickly solved any issues and finally did NOT give “Zip Code” prices. If I had not seen it with my own eyes, I would not have believed how great Scott is. More specific we have now used Scott in two potentially expensive and problematic scenarios. In both situations, Scott solved the problem immediately as well as under charged in comparison to what my other friends have been charged for similar situations. I have literally never reviewed a contractor online before but Scott is amazing and he should literally have no time to take new clients because the guy is unlike any other contractor I have ever dealt with.

Matthew L. was on-time for both visits. He was friendly and courteous. He took the time to listen to my concerns and explained how he planned to resolve my squirrel infestation in the attic. He identified all the points of entry from inside and outside. He vacuumed up all of the nesting spots which were loaded with feces. The noise of the vacuum was effective at scaring out all of the squirrels so no trapping was required. He was able to get into places that I could not get to. Then, he installed a strong metal screen where it was needed in the attic. During my time helping him get started, he would whistle. This made me feel more relaxed that he was comfortable doing the work. I highly recommend Matthew and Bugout. Thank you for a job well done!

I will never use anyone else but BUGOUT Termite & Pest Control. They have been treating my home for years, twice a year. We live in the woods and see many pests that others never see. But BUGOUT keeps those pests outside and not inside my house. Since they have been treating my house, I haven't seen a spider, cricket, ant, etc. They have always been professional and detail oriented when they come to spray. They are always courteous and professional when they come into my home. They even put booties on their shoes to protected from tracking things into my home. If you want to keep you home pest free, call them.

I've used their services in two different houses. The first house we moved into had roaches, they came out 2xs within a week . We stayed in that house for 7yrs with out a single roach! Our current home had a problem with ants. The tech that came out said it would take a couple days before we would see a change by the next day and since then we have not seen a single ant. Bugout is THE Best!

Fantastic service! Ben arrived right on time and performed a very thorough inspection for a suspected mouse problem.
