Owner got back to me a couple hours after leaving a voicemail. I was able to set up an appointment easily and he gave a specific time of arrival instead of most companies with a "4 hr window". He sprayed my entire house and the outside perimeter. The next day I saw a bunch of dead bugs. He even got rid of a small wasps nest that was inside the screen of my window. He was thorough and knowledgeable. Also I really liked that I didn't have to sign a year contract. So I can call Chris whenever I need to eradicate bugs from my home. I will definitely be using him again. I would recommend to anyone and already have to many friends.

I contacted this company in a state of frantic Friday night. He contacted me right away Saturday morning and was able to get me an appointment this morning. The owner and his partner came over and were so thorough, personable, professional and very kind. We discussed the ways in which I can be proactive and discussed future needs. By the way Bug Squashers are beyond reasonably price. It’s hard to find a company that genuinely cares about their customer without nickel and dime’ing their customers. Chris not only eradicated my yard of mosquitos, but he's affordable, he arrived early and gave me tips on how to control mosquitos in my backyard. He's also super friendly. 10 minutes later and I couldn't smell what he sprayed. Great experience and totally worth it.
