Horrible service! Called to make an appointment for yard treatment. They indicated they would spray a week later. Received a text Friday morning that read they needed to reschedule due to inclement weather. Called today (Monday) to inquire about reschedule date. Kim, who is unprofessional and has the sensitivity of a Komodo Dragon, sniped that there were customers ahead of me. This is illogical at best. If I was scheduled for a Friday spray, how are customers ahead of me on Monday? Avoid this business!

We were very disappointed. The service was a whooping $175 and it did nothing! Within two weeks we called and they recommended us waiting another 10 days before a recall order to come out and spray again. Of course we missed the 30 day time frame for a recall...we should have known better. Our time and money was waisted. For all we know, they spayed water the first time. Shady business, we wouldn't recommend them.

Had a termite problem years ago. Brasures treated around and under the house with a name product. Have inspection , treatment every spring , no more termites! Very common problem in this area, nice to work with a local company...

I've had an annual contract with Brasures for several years, and two different houses. They are courteous, respectful, and get the job done. If, for some crazy reason you have an unexpected pest problem, call them and they are out on the same day to handle it. I highly recommend Brasures.

Brasures Pest Control is only after the customers $$$ they will not even give you a ballpark estimate over the telephone but instead they demand $150- to come out to your property to give you an estimate which most likely will end up being higher once the work is done. Plus they are very rude when you ask them why do they charge $150- for an estimate. They do not give us, the customer our right to find a fair price for a service so we can make an educated decision of who to hire. I guess someone has to pay for their commercials on TV - Obviously Brasures passes the TV commercials cost on to the customer - What a rip-off !!

Brasure was recommended to me by 4 of my neighbors and they weren't wrong in their praise for Brasure's services. I am so glad I called them promptly when I saw 5 termite tunnels inside my garage walls. Billy came right out to perform their free inspection and reassured me that I had caught them early in their goal of eating my house up. Sensing my urgency they even came out early the very next day, and Jon treated the house thoroughly and I have not seen any more tunnels since! A beach house is a big investment and I will be sure to call them next year to continue my yearly contract. It's peace of mind, not just pest control. I have been using Brasures for five years. I am an elderly woman. Apparently I lost track of my payment of 360.00. I sent them the payment as soon as I was notified of the arrears through on line banking. They should be getting the payment today, however they denied services for tomorrow. I have a excellent credit history...never any problems. The technicians do an ok job....the business office is the problem.

Needed an estimate for crawlspace moisture abatement prior to settlement, was referred to this company. Called in and asked to have someone come out to provide an estimate on the work. Was told that an estimate would be $200. Out of the three companies recommended by the home inspector this is the ONLY company that charges for an estimate. Said it would cost $200 because I already had a home inspection done and this was considered a second opinion. Fact is, this was the company the contractor recommended and they lost the opportunity to bid on the work.

If I could give zero stars I would. Had my crawlspace encapsulated in 2016, because they were the lowest bidder and I definately got less than I paid for. The crew they sent was rude and incredibly unprofessional. The "work" that was performed is substandard, at best. There is water in my crawlspace where they didn't even get their seams right in the poly, and water rising up around the sewer pipe where they clearly tried to tape around rusty galvanized pipe. Because I didn't pay for their "full encapsulation package" due to already having a sump pump and Sante Fe dehumidifier, they want nothing to do with me now and refuse to stand by their work. I have been told to "contact another company", which I have done, and have been told Brasure's has a reputation for this type of shoddy work in the area. Dealing with them was a bad experience even before the work was done, and has continued to get even worse since. Who doesn't stand behind their work? It's shameful. This company needs to go out of business. Please spend your money elsewhere.

I A VERY HONEST AND HAVE TO TEL YOU THAT I AM FROM PHILADELPHIA, I COME FROM A VERY WELL KNOWN HOMCIDE POLCE FAMILY AND I AM A CRMINAL PARALEGAL., MY COUSIN A SENATOR. ENOUGH OF MY BACKROUND. I JUST WANTED TO GET CROSS THAT I'M NOT AFRAID OF ANYTHING BUT ONE THING. I AM SCARED TO DEATH OF ANY BUG THAT IS BLACK, SHINY AND RUNS FAST. THERE IS NO TELLING WHAT I WILL DO IF I SEE ONE. OUR CHILDHOOD HOUSES WERE BUILT OVER A BIG CREEK SO WATER BUGS WERE PRETTY MUCH EVERYWHERE. WHEN I WAS LITTLE AND HAD TO GO TO THE BATHROOM DURING THE NIGHT, I WOULD PUT THE LIGHT ON AND NO DOUBT, ONE WOULD WOULD RUN ACROSS THE FOOR. WELL MY QUIET ,RELIGIOUS LITTLE BODY WOULD JUMP ON TOP OF THE TOILET SEAT, AND I BECAME THE EXORCIST, AND SCREAM LIKE A TRUCK DRIVER UNTIL SOMEONE WOULD GET ME AN SOMEONE WOULD GET ME AND CARRY ME BACK TO BED. WHEN I GOT OLDER, LIKE NOW, IF I SEE ONE, I WILL RUN AND RUN UNTIL I MAY BE IN ANOTHER STATE. NOW 4 YEARS AGO, I FIND MYSELF IN DELAWARE, I DON'T KNOW ANYONE,I'M ALONE AND I DON'T KNOW THE BUG SITUATION. PANIC SETS IN. I WENT TO BED AND PUT THE COVERS OVER MY HEAD AND FIRST THING IN THE MORNING, I CALLED THE HOA TO SEE IF THERE WAS A MIRACLE PEST COMTROL ASSOCIATED WITH WHERE I LIVED IN "LAKESIDE"? I WAS GIVEN A LIST OF THE BEST COMPANYS AND SUPRISINGLY PRETTY LOW IN COST. I READ IT ANDI KEPT SEEING THAT BRASURE'S WAS USED BY EVERYONE. THEY HAD REFERENCES THAT WERE GREAT, THE PEOPLE I TALKED TO SAID THEY WOULD NOT USE ANYONE ELSE. THEY GOT A 10 OUT OF 1-10. THE PEOPLE WHO WORK THERE COULDN'T BE NICER AND THE PERSON WHO COMES TO YOUR HOUSE, WHEN HE LEAVES, HE IS SO GOOD AND KIND AND NICE THAT HE LEAVES SMILE ON MY FACE ALL DAY. THE BEST THING OF ALL IS " I'VE NEVER SEEN A BLK, SHINY WATER BUG IN MY HOUSE OR ANYWHERE AROUND IN ALL 4 YEARS. MY ANXIETY IS SO LOW NOW THAT I FEEL LIKE A NEW GIRL. I WOULD TRULY SUGGEST THAT ANYONE LOOKING FOR A PEST CONTROL, SAVE YOUR TIME AND CALL BRASURES.
