So i called them to ask them on what they would do if i would hire them for my horrible pest problem, i told them how yellow jackets are getting into my home and how we have no idea where they are coming from or where the nest is. they told me that they couldn't help me because I needed to find the nest myself then they can get rid of it. And then the woman said "well how about you send me a picture of the insect that is getting into your home so we can confirm its a yellow jacket" and i send her a photo and they NEVER got back to me.

He even offered to clip the dried up plant leaves as a result of the disease treatment to show the resulting effectiveness of the treatment. He is a true customer-oriented technician.

Our technician Chris answers every question despite being on a schedule and sitting in the hot sun. We can not ask for a better service. I am not a fan of any insect and Have had BOG since we moved into our home about 3 years ago. Our land is mosquito proned naturally and I believe that we wouldn’t be able to go outside without the service. We also have a preschooler and 4 animals and my husband and I both worked so crumbs are kind of inevitable in our home—-but I have seen maybe 5 insects in 3 years. Every time I’ve seen them I’ve called BOG and they come out within a few days to respray (yes, I’ve called for one insect, I am that person lol) they honestly couldn’t be more validating of my anxiety. Technicians are always polite and full of knowledge! We are a little oblivious sometimes and noticed some yellow jackets outside but didn’t realize a nest was on our lawn. The tech found it (without us asking) and gave us a reasonable quote to get rid of it. Scott K. Is our typical tech. Not only does he come to spray, provide us with information for any issues he sees but he has also listened to my crazy insect-phobia at least a time or two. It’s a full service operation lol! Anyway, we love the service and recommend to all of our friends. I only wish they could go out to PA because that’s where a majority of our friends live but they are very aware of BOG! Such a great business all around!

My service technician came out yesterday to perform one of my annual maintenance plans. He and another technician walk my yard to conduct a soil test and in the process conducted an evaluation of property. Once completed, they applied a liquid fertilizer. A detailed write up was left in my mailbox of there evaluation of recommendation that I might need. Some I already knew about but cannot treat until a certain time of the year but, I will be taking care of those items when the time comes. BOG is also treating my year from some pesky mole activity and so far there call center is outstanding whenever I call.

These people are great until you try to cancel... They started not coming out every month so I called them to cancel then suddenly I have charges on my account that need to be paid. Next month same thing. I told them when I signed up I wanted pay as I go. Yes sure thats how we do it. Then when I cancel They say I'm on budget billing. DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR CARD NUMBER because they will keep charging and charging after you cancel. If they come out they don't want to spray if they don't see any bugs so basically you will be paying for someone to come out to spot bugs in your house. I will NEVER use this company again....

Unfortunately it isn't often these days that one has the opportunity to say kind things about a company. In the day and age that most companies are out to get whatever they can out of you, I have found a company that treats the customer fair and honestly. I have a rather large nest (European Hornets) near the entrance to my cellar. I have looked on the internet to see if they eventually die off or how to get rid of them. I have learned that they die off in the winter, but since they are so protected, I was wondering if that would apply to my situation. I called BOG and asked for a free estimate to get rid of the problem. Their serviceman came out and evaluated the situation. He told me they would die off shortly outside the nest due to the cold weather and that the nest could be removed within 2 weeks and that they would not return to the same nest next year. He said not to waste my money if I could wait for their demise. If I needed them immediately removed, he could do so and gave me a price. Well it might have been entertaining to see him get all dressed up in his protective suit, I decided to wait the week or so and let nature do its thing. So thank you BOG for you honesty in dealing with this matter.
