We have a small but excellently rated B&B and much to our horror, discovered that someone brought us bed bugs. We initially went with an exterminator who sprayed every 10 days, but this was ineffective. We called BBEB and they did a treatment on the 2nd floor, where the infestation was and sprayed the whole house with a strong chemical. That was one month ago and I can say it was effective. I have to thank all of them for the great work! Would recommend your company to anyone who has encountered this scourge. We will always call them if we have any bed bug problem in the future. If you need help with bed bugs, call them! I called them and the was able to get me in the day of! Our tech walked me through the whole process and even followed up over the next few days— asking if I had gotten any more bites and if things were going better. God bless these guys because they also took a phone call from my mother who was freaking out thinking that I had brought bedbugs with me when I visited for the holidays. They charge more for one room and drop the cost if you bundle rooms. I know they are businessmen but I confident when I say no the first time.
