Since we live in a very wooded area and near a branch of the Patapsco river, we have had an on-going customer contract with All Star Pest Management for around 3 years. In that time, we have had virtually no insects or other pests in or around the house. When a rare case of a beehive or attic pest did occur, Al was reachable (even on weekends and holidays) and came out that day or the next morning... our issue was usually resolved in 24-48 hours. Service is friendly, knowledgeable, and professional; the results are excellent. I would recommend them to anyone who asks.

I called All Star Pest Management late afternoon on a Friday at 5:30pm because I had a bird in my dryer vent (and I could hear the little guy flapping his wings!) I called Al and he was at my house by 6:45pm that night and promptly removed the bird. This is first class service!! Try calling someone on a Friday evening before the weekend and have them come out right away. Rarely happens. I highly recommend them.

I had a giant paper wasp nest under the eave of my house. All Star was friendly, quick, honest, reasonable, and knowledgeable (the owner, the fellow who performed the work, has a Masters degree in Wildlife Management). No need to go anywhere else. These guys are great.

I've been using All Star for 10 yrs or more. For quarterly pest maintenance and home inspection when selling or buying. They are a conscientious family business, and they make you feel like you're part of that family. I have pets and they are always wary of that when applying interior pesticide. They are prompt, courteous and go out of their way to accommodate the customer. Not just the service personnel, but the office and admin staff, too. They approach the task humanely when critters are involved. I remember the time I suggested they spray to keep bugs out of my garden. Not only were they careful about the edibles, but they insisted on not doing certain plants that attracted the pollinators like bees and hummingbirds. I can't compare their cost. I haven't used anyone else. However, it's worth every penny. I use their quarterly plan. It works. If I have additional concerns, they're on the ball. I look forward to their visits. Btw, if they notice a light out, they'll offer to change out your bulb!! No, charge…. really!! Great folks.

This company is super nice. Those you speak to on the phone are great and attentive, and the reps that come to the house are great too. Sweet guys who take the time to talk to you and through what they’re doing. I didn’t need anything extensive- just traps and poison for mice- but they were clear about holes they were coming from and treated the house for other pests and insects too. Now we’ve lessened it to quarterly and they were honest about that need, too!

We discovered a basketball-sized hornets's nest in a shrub next to our front porch. It was very active and the hornets were extremely aggressive. My husband was stung by one, and he said it was like having a lit cigarette pressed onto his finger. After debating whether to try to go at it with a wasp killing spray, we decided that this job was beyond us. Because it was a Saturday and their office was closed, we left our contact info on All Star's website. Much to my surprise, Abdul, the company owner, called me very shortly thereafter! When I explained the problem, he deemed it an emergency and offered to come to our home the following day, Sunday. He also told us exactly what it would cost (extremely reasonable). He called us again Sunday morning with an approximate time of arrival. His kept us updated by text narrowing down the exact time. He arrived "dressed for battle" in protective gear. He treated the nest several times, then waited for the hornets to expire. He was at our home for about 45 minutes. He removed the huge nest, bagged it, and took it away with him. After being pretty much held captive and not able to be in our front yard for days, this was a huge relief. I cannot say enough good things about Abdul and the service he provided. He was so knowledgeable and very friendly and personable. He explained that his practices are based on his background in biology and are environmentally friendly. We are considering signing up for a yearly contract with All Star. We have been plagued with ants entering our home over the years, as well as mice. Abdul assured us that he would handle these as needed, as well as provide termite inspections with a yearly contract. Look no further for excellent quality pest control service with an experienced professional. Thank you Abdul and All Star!!

I'm allergic to most stinging insects. I found a bald-faced hornets' nest just above head-level in a tree in my front yard right next to my car that made it dangerous to park there and for my kids to go outside. It was Saturday and I needed it removed. Two other well known companies tried very hard to sell me on contracts and then said they couldn't come out that day to take care of the hornets. All Star did it that day in about 20 minutes without trying to sell me anything I didn't want, and did it for literally half the price I was quoted from the other companies. That's how you keep customers.

I am very happy with this company. I had a very large bald-faced hornet nest hanging from my eaves. After a painful attempt to remove it myself, I called All Star Pest Management at 6 in the evening after finding them through a Google search. I really wanted to see the nest gone as quickly as possible. I spoke with Abdul who was very friendly and made an appointment for me for the next afternoon. But then he called back five minutes later to say that a technician could come out that evening. The technician showed up an hour later. He was very professional and knowledgeable and convinced me that it is wise to treat the nest and come back and remove it the next day. He treated the nest, and called me the next afternoon to let me know that he had removed it. I could not be more pleased, and their price was most reasonable.

The services All Star offers is great. I had a wasp nest on my balcony that my apartment complex wouldn't take care of. I called All Star one evening, and they confirmed they could come the next day. They fit a time into my busy schedule and called me well before they actually came to take care of the issue. A gentleman by the name of Al called and arrived the next day, showing up precisely on time. In a matter of 10 minutes he had acknowledged, prepared for, and solved the issue I had. After which he was incredibly polite and assured me if the wasps came back any time within 30 days he would return to spray them once again charge free. He required no subscription like many other companies require for a single service. I have rarely dealt with a company so willing to accompany their clients' needs as I have with Al and his All Star Pest Control team. I highly suggest that if you have any pest issue you contact them, they will ensure you are taken care of!

I call these guys about a bed bug problem, they came out and we agreed on a price. treatment they said consist of 3 treatments and after they did 2 tretments a week in between treatments and had me pack everything I still had bed bugs when I called them back they insisted the price was for 2 treatment only and that I need to pay for additional treatment even though I paid $900, frustrated I called someone else and he came out and did a heat treatment 1 time and it was over with. These guys are liars and cheats, they never showed up on time just took my money.

Guy who came was friendly enough but had no regard for my cat's safety. Tried to spray pesticide on her cat tree and wanted to put down snap traps where she can reach them. Also kept trying to get me to agree to poison bait, no matter how many times I tried to explain that if she eats a mouse that ate poison bait, she would die. So, got the job done but I had to follow him around and ask him not to spray fabric items and electronics...

I can't say enough positive things about this company! Today, my kids saw a snake in the garage and they came same day and caught 2 huge black ratsnakes! They also set traps, blocked possible entry sites into my home and applied repellant.
