Called them about a flea problem.. the lady was rude. I told her I'd been having a problem with fleas for about a year. Treating the animals constantly (5 dogs 2 cats) She told me if I'd been treating them properly and getting my flea medicine from a vet (very expensive) that I wouldn't have a problem. I told her whenever the flea medicine is working on the animals I end up getting a ton of flea bites. I also mentioned that we had tenants living downstairs that were not treating their cats and that's where the bulk of the problem was. She reverted back to if I was treating my animals consistently I shouldn't still have a problem a year later. She then went on to say (the receptionist for Affordable** pest control) that it would be about $600 for 3 treatments!! Terminex quoted me $124 for the first treatment and $94 for each additional treatment every 60 days until the problem is gone with free treatments if needed in between the 60 days. These people are a joke, and their motto "We eliminate Pests for Less" is also a joke..

This listing via Google showed a different company , address and phone number altogether. We were able to get some of the info changed by contacting Google, but neither of the reviews were ever verified, and since we have no record of either individual contacting us,we believe you may have the wrong company.

My roommate and I had no choice in picking this company as our landlord hired them - basically because they are cheap. Their work is also cheap. The employees are rude, unhelpful, and extremely disrespectful. After we found a bed bug in our wall outlet, the land lord told us they would come and spray. Beforehand, the company told us we were to "wash and bag our clothes." We did just that. I asked about my bed and they said not to wash the linens until after they sprayed. The exterminator came, looked around and said because we didn't have all of our books off the shelf, and everything out of every drawer in the house, we weren't ready and would have to wait two days for them to come back. We pleaded for them to just let us bag up our things, we didn't know we were supposed to bag up everything because no one told us (an e-mail with instructions would have been nice). They were extremely rude and unhelpful - even hung up on me. Two days with bed bugs in the wall equates to a small problem becoming a huge issue. These men are terrible and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone, ever. They're hostile and extremely insensitive to people's time and health.
