I had a resident chipmunk that refused to be trapped humanely. Finally I gave up and called Adcock. Their humane trap likewise couldn't catch the little guy (he was too light, they warned me in advance of that possibility) but thankfully Donald was able to catch him in gloves and avoid killing him! Everyone I spoke to, over the phone and in person, was incredibly nice and professional. Their rate was fair and they solved my problem. Great service overall!

I had various woodland creatures living in the attic of my house - most notably, bats. Adcocks initially estimated the job would be done in two visits, but upon discovering more work that needed to be done, they came out multiple times to make sure the problem was taken care of. There was a mistake due to a miscommunication on my invoice, but I voiced my concern and Adcocks went out of their way to honor their word. Thanks to Michelle in the office for her great customer service! At the end of the day, I am happy to have worked with this company and would recommend them to anyone who is looking for that family-owned business touch.

Unfortunately I had a bad situation with Adcocks' customer service and management staff. I had to reschedule twice due to unforseen circumstances. The second instance was due to a family emergency and I was treated very rudely by the staff who stated why don't you call back to schedule when you know you will have time since you've rescheduled multiple times. I felt that was very inappropriate especially when this person didn't even know my situation. Very rude to treat customers in this way.
