I've had him elimate fleas in. 4000sft house without having to call him to revisit. We live near woods and he is effective enough to get any pest out your house. The extermination services were incomplete. The exterminator promised to come back in 5 days, but over ten days later, I still have the issue. When I called again "Number One Pest Control" stated that they "would be back out" but to date, no one has shown up. The company lacks professionalism, and they abandon you after taking your monies. Seek a licensed professional, and avoid using this company, because your problem, will still exist, and you would have wasted your monies, just as I did, paying $150 dollars for nonsense!!! I want my money back, so that I can hire a real exterminator to complete the job. #1pest control company, is not # 1, they're actually The WORST!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING. come to my rental property for mice treatment. put poisons in a coffee filter dropped of couple places. never checked around the house, never close any holes said he is gonna wait until mouse are dead and out of the house then he is gonna close the houses. WE CALLED HIM AGAIN TWO WEEKS LATER BECAUSE NOTHING WAS CHANGED. HIS MAN JUST SPRAYED INSIDE THE HOUSE DIDNT EVEN LOOK FOR A HOLE OR ADD SOME MORE POISON. Definitely one of the worst companies out there. I don’t know why people rated this as a five star company cause it was dam sure a mistake to believe it. First of all, never in time. Second of all say one price and then it’s another. They told me it was $50 for a retouch but then ends up charging $75. Hang the phone while I’m talking, absolutely the worst. Might definitely be cheap compared to others, and might be there whenever you need them but it’s definitely unprofessional due to they don’t even have an office or place of referral. Might want to think about it twice before using their service.

VERY Thorough, patient, friendly, professional Would 100% recommend to anyone needing help with fleas. My Story: My cat and I traveled to a vacation house which was unknowingly infested with fleas. My little kitten got the worst of it and despite giving her MULTIPLE baths, treatments, and washing EVERYTHING, before bringing her home, she still had fleas popping up on her two days after I brought her home. At this point I needed a professional to come in and treat my home in conjunction with the treatments I was providing my cat. I called on a Monday, the owner was very friendly and flexible. I scheduled the exact day and time I needed without any issue. When he arrived we went over what I wanted to be treated. He went top to bottom, front and back, upside down and around every piece of furniture I had in addition to the carpet all with a smile and friendly, professional conversation. He answered all of my nit-picky questions and was VERY patient with me. As long as I vaccuum within 24-48 hours after he sprayed and change my litter very frequently I should be free and clear of fleas! Thank you A #1 Pest Control!

Devin was fantastic! I heard a noise in my wall late Friday night. Called him Saturday morning and he was over within an hour. Confirmed I had yellow jackets. He treated the area and went through a detailed explanation of what was happening and what to expect. Yellow jackets are now gone.

I found out I had a bed bug infestation after visiting the doctor this morning. I called him at 5:15 PM and he was here within the hour. He sprayed my whole apartment and was very reassuring as I was a bit of a nervous wreck. Not only is he an incredibly genuine and very polite guy, but works very efficiently. He was very fast, while still doing more than needed to be done, and easily went above and beyond his call of duty. Would recommend 11/10!

My technician demonstrated TRUE EXPERTISE in quickly diagnosing and treating my Pest Control issue (bedbugs). Less than 24 hours prior to calling "A # 1", I had been a customer with Terminix. My experience with that corporate company, compared to how I was treated by "A #1", a family-owned business, is stunning! Although my initial contact with "A #1" was for my bedbug issue, I also want to enlist their service for my home's general pest control maintenance. It was refreshing to learn that I didn't have to enter into a contract; that I could request treatments as little or as often as I need them, according to my home's specific needs. My technician's proficiency, sincerity and forthrightness really made an impression on me, and the fee charged for my service was reasonable. I feel very fortunate to have discovered this company.

Fabulous experience with the entire company. I called about a rental property having mice (YUCK) and Devorah immediately took charge getting all the information necessary to schedule my appointment and scheduled me in for the next day, they treated for mice and once the mice were gone they closed up the holes. We called David at 3pm on a Sunday and he came out within an hour and a half. He was very knowledgeable, answered our questions and tackled the unwanted pest problem. We are very pleased with his professionalism and excellent customer service! The pest problem was eradicated by the next morning!

Wow unbelievably unprofessional. I just called today September 16, 2017 at 8:00am. I was calling to inquire about a small space and ask questions about an estimate on killing bugs. Was hung up on and told that he is busy and to used another companies services. When has hanging up on people ever been good customer service. Then I called back and was sent to voicemail many times. When he answered the phone he didn't even sound nice or pleasant. Wish I could rate a 0 and when the owner sees this I hope he understands treat everyone the way you want to be treated. I will never ever recommend this company to anyone. Your loss not me. Terrible!!!!! Also if you don't do estimates over the phone, that is fine but use a better ton of voice and treat people with respect. Ugh!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER, BEWARE! Guy wants to charge $50 for a quote/estimate when all other companies give FREE estimates. He doesnt have an office and sounds really shady. Im glad I didnt go with him, very rude and does not seem knowledgeable at all, he doesnt do it right and doesnt have the equipment from what he described. I bet these other reviews he has are fake because he is not what is described. Think twice before you do business.

I have used A#1 Pest Control for more than 15 years! I have found them to be prompt and professional. Mr Davis, the owner, ensures that his team maintains a sensitive awareness in exterminating rodents and bugs in residents that have young children or pets. A #1 has proven to be successful at determining the correct product, the amount, and the placement thereof in order to maintain a safe environment for the people and pets living in the house. Additionally, I have found that "getting the job done" is the primary goal of the company, and no matter how long it takes, they will ensure that the job is a success and they will not charge extra if it takes a bit more effort! (I switched to A#1 many years ago after the previous company which i used charged me an extra premium to place a squirrel trap because they had to climb up on the roof with a ladder which was "hazardous" and because maybe the squirrel would bite one of the workers... the extra premium was "Hazard pay"... A#1 does not play games like that!) And finally, the receptionist and appointment scheduler represents true professionalism. A #1 is a capable professional organization.

great exterminating company. i use them for all my rental properties. i just email them the address and tenants name and number. they take care of the rest. make an appointment with the tenant and go over and do the treatment. tenants are happy, i'm happy. no headaches, easy to deal with company. treatment works, and if it needs a follow up visit they come back out for a lower price.

We had an extreme infestation of roaches after houses near us were torn down .Nothing we tried at home worked.A#1 came out sprayed the whole house .98% of bugs gone within 24 hours are a couple stragglers that hid in walls but that is normal
