Before I had talked to the owner I had given them a one star but I am now giving them a 4 star. The owner came over the day I called & we went over my lawn. He did explain to me how they take care of the lawn & since I have many gardens they don't spray near them. Also because the the weather we have had it's be hard on the grass. I did notice a change in our lawn after we talked & I watered it more.

called over 2 months ago, said they would be out... almost 3 weeks ago called, they said it will be done the following week. called 3 days ago, they said it would be done the next day. called today, they moved till next week. cancelled appt. will be going with someone that can do the job. I know weather and temp can alter the schedule, but feel like they were just stringing me along, with no real idea of when they would do it.

Sterling took great care of my lawn. I had issues with Grubs and Ticks the previous summer and they did a great job of cleaning up my problem. No ticks on my dog and the birds were not digging up my lawn looking for lunch. Sterling always came when they were scheduled and gave me instructions if there were additional things I could do to keep my lawn looking great. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Got home today and found their sign on my yard saying that sprayed pesticides on my property. Small problem, I didn’t request then (we keep our property organically). I tried to call and there isn’t an emergency number or on call person. I have pets and my house was wide open. I need to know what they sprayed. This seems ridiculous.
