We called Shannon about removing a basketball-size (and growing by the hour) wasp nest hanging from the roof overhang on our house. He, and son Christian, were out in an hour. They quickly set up and removed the nest and hundreds of wasps, with no incident. Very nice people, professional and reasonably priced for the service they provide. Excellent service, very responsive, very knowledgeable and extremely CARING for his customers and for the quality of his work! We contacted Shannon for one or two bats we could hear, scratching around our bedroom ceiling and one that made itself at home in our living room! He sealed everything up on the inside and outside of the house, put up two exclusion devices and took down several wasp nests from the side of our house. The bats are now outside (where they belong) and we went from killing about 2-3 wasps a day last summer to 2-3 wasps for the entire summer this year, which is a nice added bonus! I am very satisfied with his work, fair pricing, communication and concern for his customers needs. This company is dependable, committed to their work and committed to customer satisfaction. AAWC got them out, sealed the access points and guaranteed his work. If you have wildlife in your home call AAWC, they will be gone and done properly.

Shannon and his team are the best! We were inundated with flying squirrels and they were in the house. I called them in desperation and they were there the next day. It was a major job--sealed entire outside of house and helped me to catch over 12 squirrels in the house that were terrorizing us at night. All American Wildlife Control is amazing all around, and we could not be happier with their services. Reasonably priced services for quality work. Every inch of the outside of our house was checked and closed where needed to prevent additional critters (flying squirrels and bats) from coming back into our house. When they say their services come with a warranty they mean it. They have come back to check on things several times to make sure there was no new activity without trying to nickle and dime us like some other companies out there. They helped us understand our pest problem and provided us with the knowledge needed to pursue the repairs needed to fix the damage from the pests. Without AAWC we wouldn't have known that our damage was covered under our home insurance policy. They helped us through our repair process (with a different company designated by our insurance against our wishes), even though that wasn't part of the services we paid for. We would have preferred AAWC to have been the company to do all of the work as things would have gone smoother and would have been done properly the first time around. I could go on and on about how great AAWC is but in summary, they are professional, knowledgeable, understanding, patient, informative, friendly, hard working people who truly care about their clients (and the animals), and getting the job done right!

We had a dreaded flying squirrel infestation in our attic and chose to call All American Wildlife Control due to the overwhelming number of positive reviews. I am excited to write one of my own! Shannon was amazing to work with and was as good as his word. He sealed up any potential entryways in our attic and installed a one-way door so the buggers could get out but not get back in. He had said the squirrels might be able to get in through the ridge vent and would come back if we needed him to. After he came back for that (included in his guarantee), we have had no further issues or sleepless nights, and it has been several months now.
