We initially used Pied Piper for termite control. Jeff came out, did an assessment, and explained to us the options of bait traps vs. liquid treatment (They use bait traps.). No hard sell, but informative assessment of both options. After a few estimates, we went with them, and their service has been friendly and personal - what you would expect from a local small business. And the termites are gone :-) We recently signed up for their pest control contract, and our experience has been the same - professional, prompt, predictable, and personalized. They are an effective local small business that will get the job done and that you can feel good about supporting.

I called this company for an thorough inspection, because my contractor was suspicious that there were termites in my home. I called several termite companies. The others offer free inspections, so i inquired about pied’s inspection, because there have a fee, and why it would be different from a complimentary inspection. I was told all the different things they’d inspect, so i agreed, because it was going to be thorough. Their guy showed up, let himself in my home, and didn’t notify anyone that he was there. He was gone in no time. His report stated that he did not go in the attic like i was told he’d do. I called, and he returned. He opened the attic door, closed it and walked away with an excuse that my insulation was blocking his view. Ok, the 3 guys that were there would have helped him, but he quickly left, and said he couldn’t do it. I truly believe he NEVER was going to do the thorough inspection! I had another company come, and quickly found the termites. They were in the same area i mentioned to the sales lady when i booked the inspection! Now they are expecting me to pay for something i didn’t get! My recommendation is to call for the free inspections and estimates, because they will do what’s necessary to get the job done CORRECTLY! I’m not happy that I’m now being harassed to pay a bill for something i DID NOT GET!
