Highly recommend.. Teresa was the one who came to my house when I called for service she is very friendly and very knowledgeable. I had problems with spiders, fire ants, and other bugs around my house, and all it took is one visit from her and everything was gone in a matter of hours. Dylan came out quite a while back at my sons house and found out he had termites. He put bait traps out and now we are free of termites! He was very easy to work with... I live in another town so we were able to communicate and set him up to go by the house and take care of everything without me even living there. I worked at Libbey Glass for 15 yrs and we had rats , ants and roaches but when the company decided to get rid of the pest they called the best Bobby with Permatox, Bobby worked hard to rid Libbey of the pest and Bobby accomplished just that and that's why I called Permatox for my home pest aka Fire ants, Bobby got a handle on them,.no ants 50 ft from the house and that means grandkids can run and play without me worrying about them getting stung. Bobby has wonderful customer service skills and I know because I was in customer service for 19 1/2 years in the office machine industry. I know good service and if you need someone who calls you before they come and ask if you have any pest problems then Bobby is the man! If Bobby ever retires I will have to shop around for another pest control man who cares about my needs which now a days is hard to find. Bobby is #1 in pest control. * UPDATE * Well they fired Bobby Friday and now I will be looking for a new pest control company I do not want to be affiliated with a company that treats their employees so poorly. Bobby was the best! Hope he finds a pest control company that appreciates a hard working dedicated friendly honest employee!
