I merely sent an inquiry about their services and I was impressed. Not only did I receive a phone call within 10 minutes of my email, but the person I talked to was knowledgeable and honest. He explained the Louisiana laws about contracts and gave me an honest suggestion for my situation that did not even give him more business! My husband and I agreed that McKenzie Pest Control's first impression is stellar!

I am impressed with the service and the information about what he was doing to treat under the bathtubs . They also installed an opening in the closet to get under one of the tubs. Cleaned up afterwards. They waited until the dirt was dry around the house( we had rain and more rain) before they put the treatment in . Person was friendly and knowledgeable. Thanks Mc Kenzie Pest Control .
