I have called this office twice and asked that no one come spray my house unless someone is home, yet they continue to send someone out without an appointment to spray, most recently a technician came out to spray, he rang my doorbell and i told him through my ring doorbell system that no one was home and that i would call to schedule a appointment whenever i was ready for my home to be sprayed, he asked if i wanted him to spray the exterior since he was there or wait i told him to wait, i then received a bill for 60$ over the weekend to which I emailed the office telling them what happened and then my husbands credit card was charged for the bill, i called and spoke to the officer manager several times and instead of correcting the problem she tries to justify why i was charged even though I SPECIFICALLY TOLD THE TECHNICIAN NOT TO SPRAY!!!!

Ajikee came to my home and sprayed and he was very professional and knowledgeable. I’ve been having Lajauni’s for over a year and I haven’t seen one bug in my home. I only wish my apt complex I lived in before had them so I wouldn’t have had to go through what I did with bugs. Hands down Lajaunie is the absolute best pest control out there. If you don’t have them you are missing out for sure.

I currently have the Annual termite inspection/treatment from this business. "The technician that came out was really professional, kind, and seems like an overall great guy." I recently received my renewal notice via email of which I called to discuss and learn more about additional services. Their customer service personnel, operator, call handler, or whatever SHE chooses HER title to be is COMPLETELY NOT representative of such a fine business. ATTITUDE! CONDESCENDING! CAN'T GET A WORD IN EDGEWISE... I asked to speak to a supervisor or manager. "They're not here!" I'll tell them to call you... I'm sure this company is quite successful and don't need me nor my business at all. Luckily, we have choices of other pest control providers to choose from. I will be looking ASAP...

The team at Lajaunie’s pest control has always been very professional and attentive. I have several rental properties and my personal home under termite contract with them and I have zero complaints. When the mosquito season hits, I have LaJaunie’s come out and treat the yard with their all natural mosquito treatment and was surprised how good it works! It won’t get rid of all of them, but it was 80% better in my back yard. Their prices are great and their service is better! Give them a call and find out for yourself.

This may sound silly but earlier this week I had my appt. and I was fearing it because a few friends of ours had told us that the tech we share was no longer with the company. I even considered canceling our appt. yes I know it sounds crazy that I would cancel but this guy is like having your long time friend or favorite family member come over! He doesn't feel like the strange guy in your house/awkward silence moments you get when you let any worker in your home. He's a professional with an infectious positive attitude as soon as you know he's coming you feel good because you know he's going to listen to you and actually care, explain till you understand and not leave till you feel he's done his job and even turn right around and come back if you forgot to tell him or ask him to do something else. Anyway to mine and wife's surprise and relief who shows up to treat the house; MORGAN our beloved bug guy! We don't normally write reviews but out of the years we've been with Lajaunies; Morgan is and will always be the best guy on your team! I called on Monday, June 26, 2019, to report that I had an infestation of some kind of flies around my residence. There were literally over 1000 of them that swarmed my residence. Well about 6years ago I had found termites and called them out and they did a great job all gone ,had a yearly contract with them where I thought they come out and check if I had any more ,but never saw any from what I was told ,no one has ever been under the house ,well now I have termites again and find out that they never even sprayed again after the first time one tech ask where were my stakes I said we never had any and he says well they should have put some but never did so as I called several times I find out my contract doesn’t cover any damage and I have talked to several people that had the same issue so the past six years I just gave them my annual fee for nothing , so now I’ll do what I can to tell everyone And give negative feed back I will .thanks for nothing
