We called J&J in an emergency when we were getting a window replaced and found termites. They were the only company who could come out fast and give me what I needed- even my current termite coverage company was slower. Terry was great! He explained the whole process of Sentricon thoroughly and educated us on how termites actually work. After comparing his prices to bigger, national companies, he turned out to be more affordable and he was way less sales-y (we literally had a company pull out an ipad to tell us how insulation works, never mind the fact that we were looking for just a Sentricon system and had zero interest in replacing any of our insulation). I'd definitely recommend J&J to anyone looking for coverage, especially in the New Orleans area.

When we had a horrible experience with a previous exterminating company we decided to give J&J a shot after reading great reviews. When Terry came to our initial consultation we were so satisfied not only the efficiency of the scheduling, but he was also just a joy. He educated us on the extent of our pest issue and we felt extremely informed and knowledgeable on the subject. Within days we had our first treatment scheduled and he was extremely helpful and professional during the entire process. Thank God for J&J and people like Terry who make things that suck turn to blessings. Looking forward to sharing my experience with anyone who needs similar services!

YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!! J&J exterminating may be a few dollars more, but have already proven they are worth it, THEY, UNLIKE THEIR COMPETITORS, make 2mo. inspections, and if one of the pods or more, as in our case, is full of termites, they replace them at no cost. You have already paid for the service. If our pods had not been inspected, and changed out, the termites would have gone back to the house. They also check the perimeter for any more termite damage or beginnings. OTHER COMPANIES DO NOT DO THIS, they check their pods the FOLLOWING YEAR AFTER putting them in. That is NOT service, and causes the spread of the termites further. Someone needs to teach those other companies how to properly TEND TO THEIR BUSINESS and check those pods every two months to keep the termites in check.

I have been a customer for several years and have never hand any problems. I have a contract and I have quarterly treatments. I have called for wasp nests around the house but Terrell comes and takes care of the nests. Very satisfied.

Their quarterly pest control is excellent and I am lucky to have a long-time employee (Tirell) that services my home and has always done an outstanding job. Also, recently J&J came out to rectify a problem and one of their managers (Paul) personally took responsibility and actually crawled under the house to check for Powder Post Beetles. I also have their Sentricon system. Good customer service and responsive.
