Really like my technician who does pest control in the house. Termite inspection has been slow this year due to rain. When the tech came out for the termite inspection, it was raining and will have to be rescheduled. I am still waiting for that although I paid my fee at least six weeks ago.

My husband, kameron, and I noticed swarms of termites outside our house and 10 minutes later noticed hundreds of termites eating through the wood paneling above our front door on a Friday night at 10 pm. Called J&J and they had Mr. Eric out at our house by 8am the next morning! He was awesome! Gave us tips on what we should be looking for and even began some of the treatment process for us! I will never use them again. They did a termite inspection and said it had termites outside nothing on the inside. Also they only reported 2 spots outside and there was 5. I found termites on the inside upstairs after purchasing the home. After watching a 10 minute YouTube video I was able to find 4 more spots downstairs. The inspection was a joke and they won't do anything to make good on their costly mistake because it's just costly to me. If your reading this take your business elsewhere. It will save you in the long run.

The products that are being used are highly effective and get changed up(I’m assuming so the pests don’t get used to the same chemicals). I love that I get a report on what chemicals were used around my home, and I love that the service person respects and is considerate of what he uses around my home so that none of my pets or my neighbors pets get inadvertently injured. I highly recommend J&J based on customer service, trust, and pricing. I do not have to worry about whether or not ‘my guy’ Daniel is performing his job when I am not home.
