Today a technician named Carlos came and treated our home for fleas. I can't rate the treatment as of yet but I can rate the service. He was very easy to communicate with making sure I understood the process and what other things to take note of. Also small talk which made me feel very comfortable having him in our home. Carlos did his job very thoroughly making sure he sprayed every inch of our home and so far I'm happy with the experience.

I had been sent a bill for a serice not rendered. The Tech/Sprayer, only spayed the interior of my house and not the exterior due to the rain. My was assured he’d return after the rain..even after calling Brenda to reschedule, my wife was told he’d return on the 11th. After receiving the bill, I called Brenda and she was rude and told me the service was rendered on the 11th. After reviewing the security cameras at the entrance of my locked gates - I was going to take the evidence to their office, then out the blue, the Tech arriver to perform the serice that I was falsely told had been done - even after Brenda told me the serive was provided given my wife is always home and my gates were locked.
