I gave this company 1 star because one of your trucks, truck 80 almost ran us off the road. Upon calling the company we are told he already reported it. My problem with this is that he's is a professional driving a company truck and I believe that he should have just let the car in and the complaint should have been taken more seriously. I was not driving but their was 3 kids in the back seat and he as a professional should not have been taken that kind of risk just to make the point that he had the right of way. I'm a professional driver and would never put myself or my company in that situation. If we would have gotten in an accident would it have been worth it, and is that how this company handle situations. Just shrugged it off as nothing, I guess that's how business is done at billiot pest control!

Horrible service, very unprofessional. Schedule a termite service for today the 21st at 8:30am. The guy never showed up. I called and they tried to say it was scheduled for the 28th. I have the folder that their technician wrote it, stating the 21st. Very unprofessional people. Will never do business with them again. They are very inconsiderate of your time.

I have a flea infestation in a hardwood home after my pet died and wanted to use a local company for service. I was connected with Mike Bourgeois but had to reschedule when I couldn't get anyone to let him in during the day and I had the flu. We rescheduled for Wednesday, March 6th, and I had a friend come to let him in. He did not show up within 15 minutes of the appointment so I called him. He said he had been at the house knocking for ten minutes when he'd never come at all. When I asked why he didn't call me he said he didn't have my invoice with my phone number...so how did he have my address to go to my house? I rescheduled with him AGAIN for the next day, and after ten minutes after that appointment I had not heard from him so I called. He said he was in Westwego and was running late, but still failed to call me. He finally made it and my friend let him in. When I got home that evening I found that he had knocked down a curtain and didn't tell me when I spoke to him on the phone to make payment and had used the bathroom and left the toilet seat up and the water in the tank running. I am appalled at this lack of professionalism.

After telling them we have a crawling baby and a cat and that we do not want our house treated with anything harmful to babies or pets....they treated our house with a powder that is harmful to babies and pets if inhaled. We ended up cleaning everything up after they left. We would rather have bugs than a sick baby or cat! negligent service!!!!

I was not happy with the first technician that came out. He did not enter every room of the house and did not spray the garage. He said the focus of the treatment needed to be outside. I had a major spider problem in my home. I didn't understand how treating the outside only would take car of the spiders that were already in my home. A different technician was sent out the second time who did a much better job. He sprayed the corners of every room, placed glue traps and sprayed the garage. Since the garage and the rooms have been sprayed, I have not had any major problems. The second technician took his time and listened to my concerns.

We highly recommend this pest control service! After he came we had no sugar ants, the rodent problem disappeared, as well as all of the New Orleans insects and spiders! I wish I hadn't waited so long to get service. It's really affordable, and for us 100% effective. Much more effective and cheaper than it was trying to take care if it on my own.
