Arrow initially came out to my home Monday 5-15-17 when I noticed I had ACTIVE TERMITES present in my home. They did a spot treatment and told me they will be back Tuesday, 5-23-17 to complete the job. After patiently waiting 8 days for them to finally come to my home and treat the termites, to my surprise since it rained the day before they couldn't do the job and had to return to finish the job the following Monday, 5-29-17! I get on the phone to speak with a supervisor and the lady at the New Orleans / Slidell office told me that they had scheduled appointments for the following days but will try her best to move things around so I can be accommodated for the weather inconvenience and would call me later that day to update me since I was a "priority". I never received a phone call from her and still haven't. So I get to reading the contract because at this point I have no intention on doing business them and to my surprise in the fine print I come across a sentence that says, "I understand that Arrow can service properties even in inclement weather as part of Arrows Rain or Shine pest guarantee". But I was told the job couldn't be done due to inclement weather??????? Hmmm seems like they didn't stand by the contract. So now these termites have been active for 2 additional weeks with a spot treatment which didn't do much because they are still eating away at my home. If you are considering doing business with them PLEASE CONSIDER OTHER COMPANIES. They can care less about your active termites in your home. They will get to you when it's convientent for them. I will be telling all my friends and family about my experience with Arrow. ZERO STARS! Still waiting on a phone call.
