I engaged this company to bill me annually and perform the service each quarter. With respect to the service and the technicians, I had zero complaints. With respect to the owner's attempt to collect an $85 balance that was in arrears because the owner failed to operate according to my agreement that provided for auto ACH withdrawals and his overly petty response to my complaint with him about this, he gets this post. Completely unacceptable way to treat a customer. Here is his quote to me via email: " I hope you are able to find a pest company who tolerates your disregard for their invoices and their efforts to reach out to you for payment. " This is someone who I've paid in ADVANCE of their services for over two years. Remarkable and unacceptable way to treat a customer with a sterling payment record. As I reminded him, I'm not the one not operating according to the agreement sir, you are. This balance is in arrears because no one is checking my account or paperwork to see that it's scheduled for ACH at your leisure.
