Mike came out during the window of time we had scheduled. He was dressed professionally and wore a company shirt, which I appreciate since it lets me know he's the person I was expecting. He made the determination of what he expected the pest problem was. To my great surprise, he thinks we have bats hanging from our porch. Since his company does not treat for bats he recommended what I should do. He took no money, not even for his visit and time- very stand up guy. I highly recommned his company!

I am highly impressed with IPM. My technician, Wes, was very thorough, taking his time to look both inside and outside of my home for ant nests. He treated the area, but said he would come back out a second time when the weather is warmer and the ants would be more active, so he could make sure he effectively treats the ants and their nests. I am a curious person and like to know as much as I can about issues that concern me, and he took his time answering my questions and educating me on different types of ants and their behaviors. I will definitely use IPM again in the future for all of my pest needs (although I'd rather not have any pests at all), and for annual pest inspections. My area is also known for termites, so I will definitely have IPM check my home once a year for termites, and if God forbid it is needed, have them treat my home for any infestations. I highly recommend IPM and am glad I used their services.

I have to say he did an outstanding job in explaining how they move and went above and beyond to crawl through my crawl space and also applied granular and bait in strategic locations to help me solve this problem. The gentleman, Wes, was not scheduled to be the one to come, so he was close to being on time. Once here, he was very knowledgeable about the companies procedures and the bugs as well. Very courteous and calmly explained what he would do. I scheduled an appointment for the following work day and he was adaptable to the time I had available to be at home. He did a walk thru and the quote was also reasonable for what I was expecting and compared to others around me that had been sprayed. Now 4 weeks later the final spray was done. But first, I had seen a few more bugs in the couch and they promptly came and sprayed and didn't have to come for another 2 weeks. I'm glad I chose this company I am confident that all the bugs are gone and if I do have any problems I will be calling him again. They definitely seem to know their business and I am very pleased with what they've done.

Brian Bietz just finished a termite application at my home. He was extremely thorough even crawling on his back under our deck to make sure the treatment was around our entire house. I have a lean-to greenhouse against the back of our house and Brian found a way to treat that area also. He was extremely neat and respectful of our home sweeping up any residue that was left after the job was complete. He was very knowledgeable and professional explaining everything that he did. I would highly recommend IPM to anyone I know and would tell them to ask for Brian for their termite treatment.
