Pricing was lower than other received and lower than what the internet said I should pay. Installers were timely and friendly the day of installation. Office contacts friendly as well. Radon levels fell below 4.0 picocuries per liter of air (pCi/L). Be certain to identify in the contract any special conditions that might affect system performance or function such as under slab moisture content, floor drain installations or concrete type used in the floor to be penetrated. These can lead to undesirable results. This system was taken offline after 8 days for two reasons. The CFM for this installation is 170 cfm @ 1.20 WC. Overtime this flow rate created a vacuum that caused drain trap water to be sucked from the floor drain that dumps into the sump well. At risk here is back drafting the gas water heater and HVAC unit. Second the fan has vibration that results in vibration along the vertical exhaust pipe and into the living environment. Manufactures installation guidelines require a plumb and level fan installation to allow proper condensation drainage. Condensate is the source of the vibration. This contractor meet its contractual obligations. Overall I would say nothing stands out here so I would rate it a neutral experience.

I had such a great experience with IPM! We had a huge mosquito problem at our home and they were able to greatly reduce this for us. Linda and her team were quick to set up an appointment that was convenient for me. Gary, the technician who came to my house, explained the process and did a very thorough job. We will continue to use IPM to treat and maintain our yard for mosquitoes.

Office administrator treated us unprofessional. Following up on service, the office administrator made statements and explanation that were contradictory to technician whom performed the service and continued after explaining such. This person seemed to have no interest to conduct any research of facts on service performed but to make general statements. This person was difficult to deal with. We were a new customer to this pest control company whom went from A to an F grade due to poor customer service. The initial service performed by technician was prompt and professional.

We used them for our termite inspection on the house we just bought at the recommendation of our realtors. We were told we did not have termites. This spring my sons room became flooded with termites! We called them back out very upset that they missed this. They came back out and did another inspection. They said they didn’t see anything In The crawl space but the ones in my sons room were probably the colonists and that they would give us a “discount” to treat the house for termites even though they missed it the first time. We told them it was outrageous to charge us over $1200 when they missed it the first time and we moved forward with buying a house on their word that the house was termite free. We also had someone come look at the window where the termites came through and he stated there were obvious termite holes all around the window and the entire frame will need to be replaced. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. We should have gone with the pest people I have used in the past but we went with who our realtor suggested. We will never do that again.

We had a huge wasp nest in our children's club house, they were very active and I didn't want to try to get rid of it on my own. IPM was out within 24 hours and took care of it in less than 10 minutes. I was very pleased. The technician was really nice and knowledgeable. I will be using them again for sure.

This company is absolutely HORRIBLE and will RIP YOU OFF... They will come to your house and sign you up for an annual pest control agreement without even doing an inspection to see if you need their services. They don't offer the services that are advertised on their website and are more than happy to spray your house for bugs that don't exist so they can take your money. It's very unprofessional and irresponsible to spray a lot of chemicals in someone's house without even doing an inspection to determine what bugs if any are present.
